This is a room in a persons home. It’s well furnished if a little difficult to find, just trust your GPS
Pros:

It was the only option and I loved it!

Cons:

I got in very late but proprietor made it easy to check in. I left before they awoke and the lady called me promptly advising me I’d left a bag..

A great value and I would stay there again.
Pros:

Nicely located to Ricketts Glen State Park where we were going, close to restaurants we wanted to go to. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the shower had two heads and was great, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Nice features in the room including microwave, coffee maker, fridge and remote controllable heating.

Nice people who were willing to accommodate us
Pros:

The owners were nice. I left my Kindle Fire there by mistake. Kryston sent it back to me in perfect shape and working order.

Cons:

Couldn't get TV to work.

Not for me but nice
Pros:

I liked that it was close to Ricketts Glen. It was a clean and cute room.

Cons:

I didn’t understand that “air bnb” meant a room in someone’s house with a 9pm curfew. I couldn’t get the door code to work when it was locked. This was uncomfortable for me and my husband as we were away for our honeymoon and we are private people that struggle with social anxiety.

Absolutely lovely place and experience, highly recommended!
Pros:

Kristen was so wonderful, friendly and accommodating. the space was homely and comfortable and highly recommended, especially for those like myself going that way to see Ricketts Glen hiking trail which was only 17 minutes drive away in the morning! The home was clean, charismatic and charming would highly recommend!

Serene, comfortable space with kind, accommodating and friendly hosts.
Pros:

There was ample parking and very close to Harvey Lake. The atmosphere was quiet, respectful and friendly. Owners and their son were kind and very accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent a space short term for any reason.
