Important information:

Regular Opening Hours: The Aquapark is open on Fridays from 14:00 to 22:00, Saturdays from 10:00 to 22:00, and Sundays from 10:00 to 21:00.
School Holidays: During school holidays, the Aquapark is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00.
Access for Hotel Guests: Unlimited access to Atlantis H2O Aquapark is available for registered guests of Tallinn Viimsi SPA throughout their stay at a cost of €15 per person (from 6 years old) and €35 per family (2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years old).
Children’s Access: Children up to 5 years old may enter the Aquapark free of charge when accompanied by a parent who has purchased a ticket.

Spa18+ Access: Access to Spa18+ is an additional €27 per person.

Payment Method: Please note that the same credit card used for payment of prepaid reservations needs to be presented upon check-in.

Group Bookings: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Spa was so amazing that we can close eyes on small things. But should work on them.
Pros:

Cleanliness and spa was perfect. And personal at reception was helpful

Cons:

That property didn’t informed that they closed water park, we would never drive so long just for spa, even if I loved spa a lot. But this weekend was for whole family.
Room need conditioning-it’s awful ventilation system in rooms.
Breakfast was quite poor. Quite disappointed.

Отличный бассейн и очень хороший спортзал! Отличные сауны!

Cons:

Шумоизоляция в номерах отвратительная. Организация расположения столов и продуктов на завтраке неприемлема, пригласите какого-нибудь консультанта.

Disappointing
Pros:

Comfortable beds, free parking and short walk from rooms to SPA.

Cons:

The rooms were outdated, with minimal/old furniture and unappealing colours. It felt more like a hostel/cheap accommodation than a SPA hotel. The reception was super modern and clean, shame that the rooms were the opposite. The cleanliness was OK but some of the areas especially in the bathroom were dirty, for example the soap dispensers did not work and were full of this moldy liquid inside (picture). Lastly, when booking, keep in mind that ”SPA access” ONLY applies to a general spa area, and not the 21+ SPA. It was confusing and misleading when booking the accomodation, since nowhere did it confirm that Viimi SPA consists of three SPAs: SPA, SPA21+, and the waterpark. We knew the waterpark was not included but were surprised to find out the ”SPA-access” did not include 21+. This was especially disappointing, since the general SPA area was full of kids who were making a lot of noise, so it was impossible to relax. This should definitely be better specified in the booking. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, like we were, book the 21+ SPA and maybe stay somewhere else, since the hotel itself is not really worth it.

All in all it was a good stay, however, the access to kida waterpark could definitely be included in the room price.
Pros:

Nice staff and a great pub

Cons:

Well, the spa area has almost nothing for kids (there is a separate 18+ zone for adults, but the family one has only a small pool for children) - if you want one definitely for kids , you have to pay extra 35€. Also - we had a small nasty looking paper towel in our shower when we arrived (it looked like someone mopped up some dog piss with a paper towel and just left there)
