הדירה מהממת, מעוצבת יפה ומאוד מרשימה ומרווחת. עמית המנהל זמין ואדיב והיה מקסים.

Cons:

אציין כי אין מעלית בבניין ואני התארגנתי שם ככלה אז העלייה של הספקים לקומה שלישית לא היתה פשוטה, בנוסף, אין מטעם המנהלים של המקום כל בקבוק מים או שתייה שמחכה לאורח שלטעמנו כן מגיע למלון או דירה במחיר שכזה. אוסיף, שהמזגן הקומתי של הדירה עבד אך בימים חמים לא מקרר מספיק חזק ביחד לנוכחים בחדר.

Perfect accommodation and location for a family holiday in TLV.
Pros:

This property was the perfect location and accommodation for our family of 7. Ami was so helpful. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend 23 Shabazi. Can’t wait to return.

Basic apartment in a nice area
Pros:

* Host communicated before the booking with easy check in process.
* Great location in Neve Tzedek, close to boutiques and restaurants.
* Comfortable lay-out for a family of 3 or 4
* Quiet street with little noise at night
* Amazing showers, with strong water pressure and heat

Cons:

* A bit out of the way for TLV sights. Lots of walking or taxis required.
* Not much in the way of recommendations from the owner.
* Not well appointed with kitchen items, for examples:no coffee machine and minimal cooking tools.
* No supplies like sugar or spices or oils.
* Mattresses are very firm. Not terrible but just expect this.
* Some pests - fruit flies in the kitchen and a large cockroach in the bathroom during the stay.

אין עם מי לדבר שעות עמדנו ליד הדלת אין במקרה עוברת אורח עברה היא עזרה לנו למצא את הקוד כניסה לדלת יקר מידי בלי תמורה בכלל בבית יותר נעים כמדיניות לקחו ים כסף ואפס שרות אין מגבות מספיק בקיצור אחלה מקום לדיייוז לפי שעה מאד התאכזבנו

אין עם מי לדבר אין מגבות מקום בינוני מינוס המון זמן התעסקנו עם הכניסה והיציאה עד כדי חרדות מחיר יותר יקר ממלון 5 כוכבים עם 3 ארוחות

Beautiful apartment - we loved our stay!
Pros:

Property was clean, beautifully presented, with everything working perfectly. Location is amazing - close to everything. Amit was a fantastic host - always contactable and ready to assist with anything we needed.
