Great location and wonderful staff!
Pros:

The room was lovely. The location was fantastic, easy to walk to train street and markets. The highlight though was the wonderful staff.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast wasn’t the best, but for the price it was reasonable and the hotel was so close to so many cheap and lovely food places and great Vietnamese coffee places that it didnt bother us.

Pros:

Your staff were amazing. Lauren- Vivienne-Ming - Jimmy and Lyn were all fantastic and helped us to find many attractions and made some booking for us.

Cons:

Would just like more variety and freshness for breakfast.

We love this hotel and will definitely return.
Pros:

Everything!!! The breakfast, the staffs (especially Lynn, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay). The room was so spacious that our family of 5 felt comfy and well rested. The hotel is in the heart of Hanoi old quarter so shops, restaurants, pharmacies… are just a walking distant but traffic was crazy..

Overall our stay was comfortable and peaceful.

Location and friendly helpful staff

Cons:

The wifi needs to be updated as its slow and always cuts out every few minutes. Water pressure is a bit weak and the water temperature needs to be colder. Breakfast could be better imo

A good budget cute hotel in the old town with friendly staff.
Pros:

Very good location, room was very nice. Staff were super friendly. Lake is just 5 minutes walk and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. They can organize your taxi/ transportation from airport/ your next destination very efficiently.
Breakfast was not the best but good enough.

Pros:

Location is very good and easy to move ard. The room was super big and extremely comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. With ALOT of space for the kids to run ard. Bathroom has a full size bathtub too!

Centrally located with welcoming staff and air con that was ice cold.

Cons:

Our room was very tired and a little unclean. I found hair in the shower, on the shelf, dirt on top of the bed and the doona had an old blood stain on it. I mean, at least put a doona cover on, right? The lift was out for hours one day which, meant we have to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs. The breakfast is below par and needs some work.

Good hotel. I will book this hotel again next time.
Pros:

The location is perfect. it is located at the heart of the hanoi old quarter. walkable distance to all the tourist attractions and cuisines. The staffs are very helpful. I booked a family room but they change to two standard rooms for me with queen bed without additional charges as the air condition was malfunction in the family room on the day we checked in. The staff also get me a mini lock on the day i check out as i lost my lock for my lugage bag. They are really helpful.
