Easy access
Short on amenities and usually a room has some type of info about surrounding restaurants etc.

I specifically picked this hotel because it had a pool and a pawn check in. I told them that I was there to use the pool. They didn’t even realize at that time that the pool was closed and then they told me I could go walk across the whole parking lot to a different hotel and use their pool but it was quite a walk. They said it was their sister property. Why didn’t they just put me at that hotel then if their pool was broken and they waited till I went all the way to my room change clothes and came back down to tell me the pool was closed not when I checked in and said I intended to use the pool as soon as I got into my room how did they not know the pool was closed then then I left the hotel at 10 PM because I was so mad at the way they treated me. I didn’t even stay the night. I drove all the way back home to Dallas and when I called the manager the next day to tell her what had happened she had a bad attitude. It was a woman, and I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again ever.

No breakfast for us. They said we would have to pay more for breakfast. We thought breakfast was free as advertised.

We had dinner at The Rock. It was delicious and the service was so fast. The hotel staff was very friendly and made the stay enjoyable.
