I really enjoyed my stay wonderful location and a great breakfast Staff friendly and very helpful

Excellent location right in the centre of the town Staff were excellent and very helpful
Bedroom spotless bed very comfortable with beautiful linen

Cons:

There was no lift We had heavy suitcases but the staff did carry it up the stairs to our rooms

Pros:

The staff tried to correct the problem with the air com and the lock of the door when I asked them to.

Cons:

The air con did not work in the room we were first placed in; the door of the next room did not lock properly. I did not expect that there would be no gardens or that there would be so many stairs and no lift.

Overpriced hotel…
Pros:

The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great. The location is also central, which is definitely a plus.

Cons:

Mixed experience, beautiful rooms but not worth the price..

The overall the price–quality ratio feels very out of balance. While the room itself looks great, the rest of the hotel feels quite basic and worn. The outdoor area has plastic chairs and lacks a cozy atmosphere. The reception and breakfast area felt more like a motel, with sagging chairs and a rather simple setup.

For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. We have stayed in other hotels, both cheaper and similarly priced, that offered significantly more, such as better facilities, more comfort, and a more premium overall experience.

If the price had been around 50% lower, it would have felt fair. At the current rate, however, I would not recommend it, as it is simply too expensive for what you get.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable about the town and area. Room was immaculate, the scenery and location blew my mind!

Very friendly and helpfull staff, but we will not go back.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, absolutely no problems there. Location perfect. Room has all you need for a short stay.

Cons:

The bedding and bath robes were really bad. We could not decide if it was dirty or just old and stained. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor on the side of the frameless glass.

we need to pay for the mini bar consumption, which i think for the price of the hotel should have been free. just my opinion but all was good

there is only one word Excellent

The Linnen was of the best quality, the bar fridge was well stock, the room smelled clean and fresh.
the area that the Hotel is located in was peacefully and quiet.
the Manager were verry helpful in assisting me in activities in the area

I would definitely stay there again on a return to Franschhoek. Hopefully for a longer stay.
