Very friendly and helpfull staff, but we will not go back.

Very friendly and helpful staff, absolutely no problems there. Location perfect. Room has all you need for a short stay.

Cons:

The bedding and bath robes were really bad. We could not decide if it was dirty or just old and stained. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor on the side of the frameless glass.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable about the town and area. Room was immaculate, the scenery and location blew my mind!

wonderful stay and dedicated staff
Pros:

the proximity to all the key places and we really like the peace there

Cons:

we need to pay for the mini bar consumption, which i think for the price of the hotel should have been free. just my opinion but all was good

there is only one word Excellent
Pros:

The Linnen was of the best quality, the bar fridge was well stock, the room smelled clean and fresh.
the area that the Hotel is located in was peacefully and quiet.
the Manager were verry helpful in assisting me in activities in the area

Cons:

no there was absolutely nothing at all that i could complaine about, i cannot even think of 1 thing

I would definitely stay there again on a return to Franschhoek. Hopefully for a longer stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, food a little on the cold side, Rooms were very comfy with all the necessities.

Korrektes Hotel im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen im Stadtzentrum mit Parkplatz. Grosszügige Zimmer und modernes Bad.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer inkl. Toilette lässt sich nicht schliessen, nur mit einem Holzverschlag, es fehlt die Privatsphäre. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr schmackhaft.
