Affordable, nice location, 4th floor & no elevator, musquitoes, needs a lot of improvement.
Pros:

The location. Just 7 mins drive from LTT and in a good locality. The staff was very attentive. The owner and the caretaker aman were always present. The room was spacious , clean linen and the ac worked well.

Cons:

The place is in 4th floor of the building with no lifts. Someone coming with lugguage or elders may face an issue. The bathrooms were a letdown. There was no room service and no bottles given initially. They charged for every single of them ! The main disturbance was from musquitoes !!!! They were everywhere and I couldnt sleep the first night because of them. But then, you get what you pay for. All in all, a mixed experience with a lot of space for improvement.
