Great seaside view of dozens of surfers in a beautiful open hotel floor plan. Very pleased.
Pros:

Loved watching the surfing from my balcony.

Cons:

Pillows were lumpy and sheets are polyester.

Todo limpio, instalaciones excelentes para los surfistas, justo en frente al point de la Bocana. Buenos desayunos

Cons:

Un poco de mal olor en el área de la Piscina al lado de la Bocana. Mucho ruido con los radios transmisores.

Favorite place to stay we will be returning for sure no doubt in my mind.

It’s family friendly and easy access to the beach.

The service wasn’t the best, seemed like there was a lot of staff but not much attentive considering there weren’t too many guests at the time.

Cons:

La piscina que da hacia la playa debería tener mejor vista. El constante ruido de los radios internos de comunicaciones, un olor feo que hay en el alrededor.

We enjoyed the stay and were very compfy, however a dispute with the staff ruined the mood.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and very good-looking. Good food options at the restaurant. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The Check-in and check-out processes were easy.

Cons:

The restaurant service wasn't the best. There should be an option during booking if you want the top floor or not to avoid the many stairs. Needs more outdoor seating for guests.
