Slechte klantenservice en onhygienische kamers.
Cons:

Zeer onhygiënisch en slecht behandeld!
Tijdens ons verblijf troffen wij schimmel op de muren, eitjes en huidschilfers van bedwantsen en zelfs een levende larve op het matras aan. Dit is niet alleen smerig, maar ook gevaarlijk voor de gezondheid. Toen wij dit aankaarten bij het hotel, werd alles ontkend. Ondanks geleverd bewijs werden we niet serieus genomen, beloften door de accomodatie werden niet nagekomen en we werden continu van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. We kregen de optie om een andere kamer te boeken, maar dat matras was nog erger.

Klantenservice is ronduit slecht en totaal niet behulpzaam. Dit hotel is absoluut niet hygiënisch en onveilig om in te verblijven. Ik raad iedereen sterk af om hier te boeken!

Pros:

Мы останавливались в номере-вагончике и нам понравилось. Конечно, надо понимать, что это вагончик - места там не очень много. Но было все необходимое: удобная кровать, стол, холодильник, чайник, шкафчики и туалет с душем. И кондиционер. Правда к кондиционеру были вопросы, он умел дуть только на одной температуре (очень холодной), дул прямо на кровать, и никакие режимы на нем не настраивались. Из-за этого приходилось ночью просыпаться и то включать его, то выключать. Пожалуй, это был единственный минус проживания в данном отеле. Все остальное было отлично.
Персонал очень приветливый, все во всем помогали. Помогли нам арендовать машину. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец тоже каждый день, включая пляжные. Горничная была очень милая.
Завтраки вкусные, всего много, и можно заказать омлет, менемен, или яичницу. Кофе на завтрак не плохой.
Ну и самый огромный плюс - море. До него 1 минута ходьбы, и оно прекрасно. Правда надо учитывать, что это лагуна, то есть там не открытое море, и если кто-то любит волны, то будет разочарован. А для меня полное отсутствие волн было огромным плюсом, так как я практически не умею плавать. С детьми тоже хорошо, не опасно. Вода в море чистая, прозрачная, пляж песчаный. Народу на пляже было не очень много, свободные лежаки всегда были.
До поселка минут 15 пешком, и ходит маршрутка, правда редко, не все маршрутки доезжают до этой остановки :)
На следующий год снова планируем поехать сюда, как по мне, соотношение цена-качество отличное.

Cons:

Очень дорогая еда в кафе на пляже, и вечером в ресторане. Но в Олюденизе в целом цены на еду не очень гуманные.

Beautiful - book and relax
Pros:

Love everything about the resort. It is located in the stunning lagoon. The rooms were beautiful and the view was out of this world (stayed in the hotel) The food in both the beach restaurant and the main restaurant was stunning. Lovely staff that could not do enough for you.

Peaceful and relaxing
Pros:

We loved the quieter location away from the main centre resorts. The Beach Club had its own beach on the lagoon and we enjoyed hiring one of their canoes. The place has a lovely feel about it and the staff were lovely. They even upgraded us from a caravan to our own room.

Lagon magnifique
Pros:

Le lagon est magnifique
Le petit déjeuner et le site qui sont très beaux les caravanes sont pas mal quand on ne connaît pas ce genre de logement et la femme de ménage était très professionnelle

Cons:

Le fait qu oludeniz soit très animer jusqu a minuit tous les jours gâche un peu le lieu qui pourtant vaut le détour

Cons:

The hotel was a scam. The room stank of cigarettes, mold, and felt as if it had been closed for a long time. The room was dirty (it hadn't been cleaned in about six months) and was riddled with mold (as you can see in the photos). It was impossible to sleep there. We complained to the front desk, but they wouldn't refund our money or relocate us to another room. They left us sleeping on the beach while waiting for the manager to come the next day. The manager was very rude, yelled at us, and treated us very poorly (as did the entire staff), and she wouldn't relocate us or refund our money. We filed a complaint with Booking.com, and six days later, we're still waiting for a refund. We found another hotel, and everything was fine there.

El hotel fue una estafa. La habitación apestaba a tabaco, moho y como si hubiera estado cerrada durante mucho tiempo. La habitación estaba sucia (hacía como 6 meses que no la limpiaban) y estaba repleta de moho (como se puede ver en las fotos). Allí no se podía dormir. Nos quejamos a la recepción y no nos quisieron devolver el dinero o reubicarnos en otra habitación. Nos dejaron durmiendo en la playa a la espera de que al día siguiente viniera la manager. La manager fue muy mal educada, nos gritó y trató muy mal (como en general todo el staff) y no nos quiso reubicar ni devolver el dinero. Pusimos una queja a Booking y, seis días después, todavía estamos esperando a que nos devuelvan el dinero. Nos buscamos otro hotel y todo fue bien allí.

A beautiful place with a great beach and sea, and excellent service from Yener at the reception.
Pros:

The beach and sea were very clean, the sunbeds and umbrellas were well organized, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Yener at the reception, who was very attentive and professional. The location is perfect for enjoying Ölüdeniz.
