According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Apenas a localização do hotel.
O café da manhã é extremamente simples e a equipe do refeitório mostrou-se ríspida e pouco cordial. O atendimento telefônico da recepção também deixou a desejar no quesito cortesia. As acomodações com iluminação sem funcionar, ar-condicionado pigando água no quarto, não contam com secador de cabelo e nem ferro de passar roupas (este último, inclusive, só podia ser alugado por R$ 16,00 a hora em uma pizzaria vinculada ao hotel). Consegui resolver meus compromissos profissionais, porém NÃO RECOMENDO A HOSPEDAGEM. É preferível investir um valor ligeiramente maior para garantir conforto e um atendimento cordial.
