Happy and satisfied , value for money
Pros:

Nice boutique hotel, excellent food , polite staff, good location for the purpose of my travel .

Cons:

More training to staff will make them outstanding, bit of re doing old interior recommended. The balcony outside room was not kept clean

I expected a bit more
Pros:

Location to the venue I had to visit. Two restaurant & friendly helpful staff

Cons:

There was a very strange smell of damp in the room and the only solution provided was an air freshener. It was not pleasant to stay in the room for a long time much less sleeping.

Pros:

The staff was really nice and welcoming. Thanks to the receptionist Faisel, he helped whenever needed.

Cons:

When I came at check in at the time that I gave them for check in , they were still preparing my room. And they delayed it, and I had to wait for around 1 and half hours.
