Very good staff and a clean, friendly stay. Challenging location and sleazy mar marketing.
Pros:

Breakfast now includes hot cereal which is a plus. Better than the poor quality corn flakes. Paratha is microwaved and stale and inedible. Hot milk was fine. There are no dosas or iddly or fresh fruit other than a banana. Beggars appeared outside the window. Fresh coffee, decaf, would be a treat. Still, it is improving.

Cons:

My international credit card didn't work so I had to walk to the ATM. The main problem is the location. Very difficult for Ola to find.My Ola cab in the morning had trouble finding the hotel. Also, you advertise free airport pickup and drop, but then demand Rs 800 later in the booking process. Very sleazy.

I was send to nearby budget Anand lok Hotel. Also no one side airport drop facility was given. I paid for to and fro airport transfers.
