It was great apart for the dirtiness of the air conditioners.
Pros:

The location and the keyless entry

Cons:

The air conditioners were extremely dirty. Contact A&R services Toowoomba for a quote to get them regularly serviced.

Comfortable stay in Fortitude Valley
Pros:

The room was was advertised, very comfortable for us. The online check-in worked out well.

Cons:

Lots of noise at night - there was a concert/music show nearby outside until 2 am on our Friday night. On Saturday there was a loud party until 2 am below us that they say was "outside the facility". It didn't look that way to us?

Pros:

I liked how equipped the apartment was.
How safe it felt.

Cons:

My only negative is it would have been great to be left more dishwasher tablets and bin bags. We were there for a week and only had 3 of each.
The bin fills very quickly with it being small so extra bin liners would have been great.
And an extra 2 dishwasher tablets would have sufficed.

Cons:

Very close (50m) proximity to a venue that rents space for parties that, after speaking to the police at 2am, we were told that the venue is legally allowed to run with no noise control until 3am. After 2 consecutive nights of no sleep due to pounding music we moved out early the next day. Lucky we did as the venue was setting up for a 3rd night as we drove out. Feel sorry for the owners but I would never stay there on a Thursday through Saturday night to be safe.

Overall great stay.
Pros:

Location great. Facilities great with plenty of room and study area. WiFi great. Car parking on site. Air Con problem quickly fixed. Generally instructions were clear.

Cons:

Very noisy from local clubs. had to contact via portal for questions or air con problem. Confusing to find the correct car park as several levels and shared with other tenants.

A comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and one we would definitely recommend!
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in a fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, while still being easy to find and access. Despite there being no on-site reception, communication was excellent. As this was my first time staying in a self check in property, the staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process simple and stress free. The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor area and the rooftop pool and heated spa, which were absolutely amazing.

Cons:

Honestly can’t fault anything about this property.
