Beautiful place
Pros:

The facilities were beautiful. Kids loved the gym, pool, sauna and the streaming services the place had to offe. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our short stay. My kids had a four day basketball tournament and the magnesium pool and sauna helped with recovery. They were also able to warm up in the gym and get a few training sessions done. This beautiful place is highly recommended.

Cons:

The digital key was a little unreliable, but luckily the keypad worked perfectly and came through for us when we were stuck outside our room. It was able to give us access to the lifts and our room.

Good spot and facilities but keep your blinds closed for privacy
Pros:

great location for being in the valley to james st and wharves
the staff tried to fix issues we had when we arrived and offered to comp 1 x housekeepng fee as compensation
pool on rooftop was great and having bbq and sauna was perfect

Cons:

looking directly into apartments across the road so had to keep the blinds closed the entire time
no ealry access to room or anywhere to leave bags if arrive prior to 2pm check in
not enough coat hangers in the wardrobes
coffee table broken on arrival
wifi was terrible
no bluetooth speaker for music and chrome cast didnt work mostly

Pros:

Everything was good. Really enjoyed the facilities provided and the location was close to a lot of things to do. It was clean and everything needed was provided. The bathroom toiletries smelt really nice!

Cons:

The key fob didn’t work. Only one toilet roll was provided for our 2 night stay so we had to buy some. One of the pan lids had trapped water in it that looked like it had been in there for a while so wasn’t able to use that.

Fantastic location and facilities
Pros:

Worried about location initially as we had young grandchildren and the bars and clubs nearby were open until the early hours but once in the apartment we didn’t hear anything. Lovely big balcony with table and chairs and the pool area was amazing. Short walk to Story Bridge and Felons or turn right at end of street for multiple bars/restaurants. Short walk to James St and it was beautiful too.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, only suggestion would be to supply plastic cups/wine glasses for use at the pool area, we just took cans in case of breakages but normally drink wine, if we were more organised we could have bought paper/plastic cups so this didn’t affect our stay.

Lovely stay in Brisbane
Pros:

Great modern apartment that was spacious and very comfortable. Had all the facilities you needed for an enjoyable stay. Location is perfect too for walking to alongside the river into Brisbane’s city centre.

Cons:

No washing machine liquid provided so we had to request for some. Also found an item left from previous guests
