Pros:

Very easy check in process with staff that message you with information long before your stay. Very comfortable and clean and the facilities were all in great condition.

I wouldn't recommend for more than a night or two
Pros:

I liked that we weren't too far from a local station or Namba.

Cons:

The apartment wasn't great, it's not at all sound proof and there was a very loud motorway right next to it that people were racing on at silly o'clock in the morning most nights. It also smelt like garlic when we arrived and our clothes started to smell like this too by the end of our stay. I wasn't a huge fan, I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

Pros:

A localização e o custo benefício foi excelente em se tratando de japao. O quarto é compacto mas bem completo, com máquina de lavar roupa, micro ondas, geladeira, freezer, secador de cabelos, chuveiro e até banheira, ficamos muito bem instaladas.

Cons:

A máquina de lavar roupa retorna o cheiro de esgoto, mas basta fechar a porta do quarto, ligar o ar que nao atrapalha em nada. Mas seria interessante tentar resolver esse problema.

這是BnB，不喜者勿嘗試。地點不錯，適合腳力勤一點的旅客。
Pros:

1.有提供洗衣機（免投幣），可用浴室烘乾，非常方便，不用煩惱髒衣服要去哪裡洗。
2.地點算不錯，搭地鐵直抵心齋橋，腳力勤一點，可以步行過去。
3.附近有多家便利商店及超市。

Cons:

1.地點雖算不錯，但到各地鐵站，都需步行約10來分鐘。
2.房內有下水道味。
3.check-in是DIY，下午4點才能check-in，雖有行李存放處，但不知道的旅客，不懂密碼是多少（我們是剛好有遇到業者可以詢問，不然會急死人），而且還是放戶外。

Pros:

La chambre est vaste avec une cuisine, une machine à laver et une grande salle de bain. L'immeuble est vraiment calme et le rapport qualité-prix est très bon.

Cons:

Gros soucis de communication : aucune réponse aux mails ni aux messages booking (pour dire : j'ai envoyé des messages 48h avant le check-in et ils m'ont repondus une semaine plus tard). De plus le self check-in et le check-out ne marchaient pas car le logiciel ne me trouvait pas. Heureusement qu'une jeune femme est passée et nous a aidé sinon on restait dehors sans moyen de contacter l'établissement (les appels au Japon ça coûte cher). C'est une fois dans la chambre en lisant le livret d'accueil qu'on a découvert qu'ils ne répondent que sur WhatsApp, il fallait le savoir.
