Excellent location walking distance to mall and shopping centre.. restaurant everywhere including dry cleaner and public transport.. friendly and welcoming staff..

Room service is every other day.
Fair Location. Staff were very pleasant.
Room was unclean, ants everywhere, split air con was poor and noisy. Housekeeping only attended room twice in eight days, only after asking reception. The executive suite was less quality than standard rooms in other hotels. The garden view consisted of 6 flowers, lots of washing lines with hotel bedding on them and a building site. The upstairs public areas were not air conditioned. Only a single wardrobe, no drawers in room. The furniture was damaged and well worn. The split air con made the small balcony unbearably hot. Balcony door handle was smashed and door did not shut fully tight. As this was the most expensive hotel we booked in the Philippines, we expected much better quality for the price.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. Also, they cater affordable by the hr extension rates which is very helpful tho it's subject to availability.
I expected more from the room. It's quite dusty, tv is not working.
