The hotel’s inner courtyard is absolutely stunning – a true highlight of the complex. The pools are elegantly arranged, with shaded relaxation areas, well-kept greenery and even a small waterfall that creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Everything is designed to make you feel as if you are in a little corner of paradise.
In addition, the food is very good and varied. The buffets are well organised, with tasty dishes to suit all preferences.
Overall, an excellent experience!

În ultima zi nu s a mai făcut curățenie în camera
Au avut tot timpul liber șezlonguri la plaja și la piscină cu tote că este forte mare hotelul si mulți turiști!!

Și bar pe plajă Super!!
În camere un miros închis mai ales în baie, deoarece au ecomonizore de energie cu cartelă care cind pleci din cameră se opresc!!

Parcul acvatic nu a funcționat 2 zile, și pt acest lucru am făcut rezervare la acest hotel, nu-și justifica banii legat de mobilier (f vechi), miros de vechi pe holuri, cel puțin în aripa veche, servirea discriminatorie a barmanilor vizavi de romani, seara terasa deschisa e defapt un spațiu închis,gen birt-cabaret cu miros închis, nearisit iar terasa exterioara prezintă câteva mese, f puține comparativ cu dimensiunea acestui hotel! Personal obosit, seara se sta la coada si 20 minute pt ceva de băut!

Lucrurile s-au mai degradat , este un hotel peste care a trecut vremea lucru normal , dar ar mai trebui la interior schimbate lucruri, personalul parca e stresat continuu, aproape de epuizare , totul pare contratimp , ma refer ca prima vacanta a fost in 2014 la acest hotel si mi s-a părut altfel...oricum per ansamblu este bine

The food in the main restaurant (buffet) is very tasty and also very diverse.
The beach promenade has a lot of thinks to offer for families.
The food in the a la carte restaurant (italien, bulgarian, asian) is really bad (especcially the italian menu). Dont go there, you get much
better food in the buffet restaurant.
Due to animation the hotel is noisy. So even in the evening you hear the sound of the animation, disco, concert etc. through the closed windows of your rooms.
Some stairs, especcially the big one at the pool need some stroller friendly solution. Otherwise you will always carry them up and down.
The rooms are already quite aged, so dont expect here 4 stars… rather 3.
Room was big enough
Beach was near the hotel and it was clean, water the same, nice for children
They don't provide parking near the hotel, they take your car up to 1Km away and it stays there for the rest of the vacation (11 mins walk from hotel to the parking) and you also have to pay for it.
The furniture in the room is old, doors from the wardrobe almost falling
The room has door that communicate with other room (luckily we had our friends staying in the other room)
The food is very poor in variety and sometimes even tasteless, meat is often cold, if some of the meat it's over, they change it with something else (for example we had shrimps at the Mediterranean dinner one evening and even if the dinner is up until 21:00, at 19:30 there were no shrimps and were replace with something like meatballs!)
Beverages are more like colored water than beer or Pepsi, not to mention the wine is awful.
Always finding cups of coffee dirty and also some of the plates.
The lunch is between 12:30 and 14:00. At 14:00 they shut down the light in the restaurant and start gathering all the food.
The sunbeds are not enough at the pool and in the beach - even if they have some kind of rule of not getting the sunbeds reserved, every time there are sunbeds occupied with towels and no one around and the hotel staff doesn't do anything for this matter
location, value for money
building we had the room in needs some investments (room refurbish), there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom during the night
The stuff was kind,the food was ok,animation team was great for the kids and for the adults also,they organised diffrent activities like polo,footbal etc.
Room cleaning was performed almost daily.
At the first we received another room (not what we paid for)but they fixed quick...we received another one...Advice:first check your room without going with luggage's!
The plates and glases were sometimes not cleaned or finished to good.
It is kind of difficult to find a free pool or beach lounger if you're not getting wake-up at 6-7 a.m. to "reserve it "with a towel...they should implement a system for that.
