I went there with my family and experienced this property to be super unsafe.
Pros:

Nothing I liked of this property.

Cons:

From stuff to room cleanliness, smelly and what not. Only 3 stuff members were there and they were staring at us. The moment we entered the room after gathering some courage, and my goodness - the room was not even clean, water flooding with a pipe end in the balcony.

No restaurant, haunted looking property. No one was there. We started panicking, and decided to leave right away. I told the stuff, like I am going to leave and take the money for that day plus the advance 2500/- I gave, but refund the money for the next 4 days and they declined.

I argued, talked to Fabhotel Customer care with no help. Without refund we left the place and got relieved.

Later Fabhotel management reached out to me after I lodged a complain and emailed them up. After a good 40-50 days later, I received a partial refund for the remaining 4 days.

Overall, never book this property or do at your own risk. The look, eyes of the stuff are nothing sort of horrible.

Stay was uncomfortable so I had to checkout in a day couldn’t stay for two nights.
Pros:

The room was spacious and toilet was clean. The housekeeper was humble.

Cons:

Hair on pillow case
No wash basin
Toilet cover was broken
No, toilet paper, no soap, no water
Traffic noise disturbed whole night

Pros:

Worst ever stay , couldn’t even mention Fab , location problem to find

Cons:

First thing , it was my AC booking and they have normal room , That room they didn’t even had change bed sheets , stinky and poor , I didn’t have chance to change at it was past 12 am , bathrooms were dirty . No breakfast , Rude staff. Don’t ever stay
