Great staff and beautiful rooms, but the noise made it hard to enjoy the stay.
Pros:

The property is exceptionally clean — everything feels brand new, well-designed, and very modern. The room quality, furnishings, and overall build give the impression of a much higher-class hotel. The staff were the standout: from reception to the restaurant team, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely delightful. Their service really elevated the stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the noise levels were a major issue. The walls and floors are extremely thin, and sounds from the rooftop bar carry directly into the rooms. From the moment I checked in, I could hear chairs being dragged above me, and this continued even after staff offered a room change one floor lower. Both nights were disrupted — first by loud rooftop activity and then by a private party with karaoke, followed by chopping firewood late in the evening. I could even smell smoke entering my room, which made it difficult to sleep and ultimately led me to check out early despite the otherwise lovely room and staff.

The rooms were spacious, it was clean, the locality was good as in outside of the city buzz, the service was prompt

Cons:

No buffet breakfast and limited menu, coffee is not included in the breakfast cost, the hair dryer needed a fix

The exceptional service of hotel during my stay is appreciable. The staff hosted us really well, incredibly attentive and helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out.
