Great place to stay for a few weeks. I extended my stay due to flight cancellation and it was like home away from home.
Pros:

Everything except room service food choices. It’s a great location and very close to a mall. Spa js quite decent although the barber was missing during my stay.

Cons:

Food for room service. Terrible.

Comfortable Taj luxury near the airport
Pros:

Perfectly designed and refurbed rooms and good attention in the club lounge we had access to, with free afternoon snacks and drinks. Close to airport and big shopping mall next door.

Cons:

The neighbourhood is rathet run-down and far from anything of interest, except for the fairly normal shopping mall.

Totally disappointed
Pros:

The decor of the room was lovely, but that’s where it ended. I had booked for a 6 night stay and I left after 5. The first 2 nights there was no hot water. I rang reception after the first night and they sent someone to check. He looked at the geisa walked back into the hallway and never saw him again. The following morning after running the water for 50 minutes, still no hot water i called reception and they sent someone to get me to use the shower in room 103. This room was at the back of the hotel and stank of mould. I’d no sooner wet my hair and put the shampoo on and the water was freezing.
After checking the geisa out myself in my own room and turning the taps on and off, I did end up with hot water, however the hot water lasted about 90 seconds, for each shower.
The wifi was near non existent, i would go to Glanerays to connect to their wifi. The beds were as hard as rocks. Even though the cleaners cleaned the room each day the floors were filthy and I mean filthy.
If you walk past the reception area up the corridor the place is derelict with empty rooms were cover in dust and one room filled past the window with rubbish.
All I can say is other than the decor and the location, I would suggest to avoid this place like the plague. There is no way this property is 5 star.
