Good and pleasant stay
Pros:

Welcoming and nice

Cons:

Swimming pool can have a shed so that in summers it can be used during the day as well. If possible hotel should provide strollers for the family who have small kids during the stay atleast inside the premises.

MY STAY WAS A WONDERFULL ONE WITH MY FAMILY. WANT TO STAY AGAIN IN THE CLUB JACUZZI ROOM WHICH I DID NOT GET DUE TO UNAV
Pros:

I liked the viewing of flight take off and landing from swimming pool on 6th floor.

Cons:

Well there is nothing I did not like about the property.

Pros:

We needed to be close to new town and airport. This was right in the centre. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

It’s right next to a very crowded mall, entry is quite unimpressive for a taj. There was no personal touch as is normal in most taj properties. This was a very functional hotel, nothing that will make one come back again and again that usually happens in taj hotels.

Not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Pretty close to the airport, bathroom was clean

Cons:

The room smelled bad, like mold
There was food leftovers at my door probably from the previous person who stayed there and no one bothered to remove it before or even after I was checked in there
In the bathroom, some of the toiletries were opened, like a toothbrush, or an used razon left in the shower

Stay was good..enjoyed jacuzzi

Cons:

My partner forgot her sari & blouse in on of the cupboard.actually sari wasn’t that expensive but my wife’s emotional attachment was way higher than the price..My wife was very upset.upon asking room service they clearly denied that they could not anything..Taj is such a reputed brand I do not expect this sort of cheap customer service..your staffs are not trustworthy..I will think 10 times before book your hotel..
