Super Frühstück für jeden was dabei und wir wurden extra auf Unverträglichkeiten gefragt das fand ich richtig toll.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren es. Die der Hausmeister allerdings schnell repariert hatte.
Staff were super friendly and answered all our questions.
Die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war aussergewöhnlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet wie im letzten Jahr nicht zu übertreffen mit den frischen und regionalen Köstlichkeiten.
Alles war super, auf hohem Niveau gejammert. das Wlan zeitweise etwas lückenhaft.
Modern szállás Arco óvárosában, a hatalmas szikla tövében. A szoba tiszta és modern, mini hűtővel. A reggeli nagyon bőséges és minőségi. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A parkolás 5 percre egy nagy, jelenleg még ingyenes parkolóban. Riva del Garda 10 percre autóval.

Un super séjour en plein centre d’Arco dans un hôtel de grande qualité ! Une chambre spacieuse décorée avec goût, un personnel accueillant et un petit déjeuner varié et très bon.

Abbiamo viaggiato per un weekend io e il mio ragazzo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’hotel è pulito e si trova in un’ottima posizione, il ragazzo della reception è gentile e disponibilissimo per ogni necessità . La colazione è ottima, abbondante e varia tra dolce e salato.
Avevamo anche a disposizione un idro massaggio e dei lettini.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
The staff were incredibly friendly, the best customer service we've ever experienced in a hotel. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent, right in the center of Arco. Our room had everything we needed for our stay.
Two days into our stay, the air conditioning broke in the hotel while the weather was very hot (30+ degrees), which made being in our room and sleeping incredibly uncomfortable. The staff tried their best to fix it but unfortunately the issue wasn't resolved in time for us.
