Location is great for us. Staff always very helpful and pleasant.

This is a great location within a lovely pub that was value for money. There are fantastic bars and restaurants within walking distance and a train station nearby into Manchester city. We would stay here again.
The rooms were a little tired looking and could do with decoration to brighten it up.
The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was delicious and hit. With continental option too. Bed was comfy.
Corridors and doors could do with updating. Room was very warm needs air con. Lumpy pillows

We thought the pub was great,the staff very nice,friendly & very welcoming
We know it’s an old building & the rooms were very clean but the decor lets it down,and the smell in the bathroom was awful,got woken up at 12.50am by noisy people in the next room coming in & noisy for the next 45mins,then again when they went at 6.45am when we were looking forward to a lie in,the breakfast was excellent,staff were spot on!
It’s ok for an overnight stay but wouldn’t stay any longer than that
room and staff were amazing. Loved it.
