Pros:

The staff! Very friendly its our 4th stay here & always friendly especially the lady who didnt want us to go elsewhere but was such a lovely day she was so funny.

Cons:

Rooms need a bit of TLC but the price reflects this so no complaints. The rooms are always so warm but they do provide fans.

Second time we have stayed will probably book a third.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The public rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of room in between tables in the restaurant and the bar area.

Cons:

Some of the bedrooms are a little tied and depending on which room you are in you can hear the conversation from the adjoining rooms.

Desperately needs total refurbishment. Do not stay if can find anywhere else.
Pros:

We checked out.

Cons:

Grubby and grimy with wallpaper peeling off the walls, flaking, chipped and dirty paintwork, "sticky" carpets and a strong smell of bleach trying to cover it all up. Only one plug socket for two plugs, not at the side of the bed. Mould on the plastic shower curtain. Felt like a return to the sixties.Do not stay if can find anywhere else.
