Sehr kleines, auf das Notwendigste beschränktes, aber ruhiges Zimmer im Hinterhof.
Pros:

Mein Zimmer lag im Seitenflügel im Hinterhof und war zum Schlafen außerordentlich ruhig!! Die Pension selbst liegt zentral in Charlottenburg am Savignyplatz.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch möbliert und zudem sehr klein - ca . 9qm - es gab zum Sitzen nur 1 Stuhl, das Bett war sehr niedrig und im TV nur wenige Programme - alles auf das Notwendigste beschränkt und somit keinerlei Aufenthaltsqualität.

Abgesehen vomn ekelhaften Badezimmergeruch gut.

Lage ist sehr gut, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Bett bequem, der Balkon geräumig,

Cons:

Das Badezimmer riecht nach Frittierfett. Man keine seine Kleidung nicht dort aufbewahren, sonst stinkt alles nach Pommesbude, das war sehr anstrengend

Sehr gute Lage. Sympathische Rezeption.

Cons:

Reinigungspersonal hat bei meinem neuntägigen Aufenthalt leider nur einmal das Zimmer richtig gereinigt (nach vorheriger Reklamation meinerseits).

Recommended budget stay when in Berlin.
Pros:

Recommended, excellent budget stay in a very nice area, easy within walking distance to a lot of things but also for travelling around the city. Area is full of restaurants and cosy bars if you just want to stay nearby.

Pros:

Die Lage !!! (Charlottenburg, Savigny-Platz) Der Charme des Gründerzeit-Hauses. Nette Ansprache des Personals.
Busse fast vor der Tür, S-Bahn-Station Savignyplatz nah. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Rezeption ist zwar nicht immer besetzt, aber das Aushändigen des Schlüssels bei der Ankunft zwei Häuser weiter war kein Problem.

Sehr nette Unterkunft am Savignyplatz, einfach, aber bequem. Mit begrüntem Innenhof!
Pros:

Lage (Fußläufig zum Bahnhof Zoo und zum Ku'damm;
sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer;
Zimmer zum Innenhof ruhig, obwohl direkt an der verkehrsreichen Kantstraße gelegen

Cons:

Duschvorhang nicht mehr zeitgemäß, Duschkabine wäre besser - aber das ist bei diesem Preis Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
