Klein, aber fein!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man ist schnell am Savignyplatz, der Uhlandstr. und dem Bahnhof Zoo. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im Hinterhof, sehr ruhig! Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, hatten aber alles, was man braucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist außergewöhnlich gut! Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und die Übergabe des Schlüssels auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption sehr unkompliziert.

Cons:

Morgens um 07.30 Uhr wurden von der benachbarten Pizzeria mit großem Getöse im Hof Flaschen entsorgt.

Chaos bei der Zimmerbuchung, da Rezeption nicht in der Lage ist, Buchungen korrekt zu verwalten. Es wurde versucht, nicht gebuchte Zimmer in Rechnung zu stellen.

Tolle Lage, drinnen nicht so genau hinschauen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schöner Altbau, freundliches Personal. Später Check-in war problemlos möglich, der Schlüssel konnte in einer Bar nebenan abgeholt werden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, das Dank Nordseite und hohen Decken auch bei 37 Grad angenehm kühl war. Ein Ventilator war aber auch vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich spartanisch und weniger stylisch eingerichtet, als auf den Fotos. Insgesamt auch recht abgewohnt (Flecken/Löcher an den Wänden, Matratze gerissen, stickendes Kissen). Es war leider auch nicht besonders sauber, v.a. im Badezimmer (Mülleimer nicht geleert, Haare überall).
