Harika bir deneyim.
Pros:

Kahvaltı her türlü beklentiyi karşılayacak hatta üzerine çıkacak nitelikteydi. Tüm çalışanlar harikaydı, müsaitlik sebebiyle odamızın upgrade edilmesi büyük incelikti, zaten ilk kez gelmediğim Cratos Kıbrısta her fırsatta geleceğim oteldir.

Идеальный отдых и безупречный сервис!

Мы остались в полном восторге от пребывания в этом отеле! Это действительно очень большое, красивое и ухоженное место, где продумано абсолютно всё для полноценного отдыха и развлечений.
Инфраструктура выше всяких похвал: здесь есть великолепный SPA-центр, можно поиграть в настольный теннис и даже испытать удачу в казино. Кухня
разнообразная, каждый день можно пробовать что-то новое.
Отдельно хотим отметить превосходное обслуживание. Весь персонал от сотрудников ресепшн до официантов и горничных работает на высшем уровне. Все очень внимательны, доброжелательны и профессиональны.

Особую благодарность хотим выразить русскоговорящей сотруднице на ресепшн Акзийнат. Она оказала неоценимую помощь во всех вопросах, как при заселении, так и при выезде, сделав наш отдых максимально комфортным

Гостиница действительно высокого уровня — отдых превзошёл ожидания. С первых минут чувствуется статус, комфорт и продуманность во всём. Персонал профессиональный, внимательный и при этом очень доброжелательный — создаётся ощущение персонального подхода к каждому гостю. Номера просторные, комфортные, всё выполнено качественно и со вкусом. Отдельная благодарность за бесплатный ранний заезд — это показатель уважения и высокого уровня сервиса.

Отдельно хочу отметить большое казино при отеле — масштабное, просторное, с отличной атмосферой и достойной организацией. Видно, что всё сделано на уровне премиум-класса: комфорт, сервис и общее впечатление полностью соответствуют статусу гостиницы.

С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова.

A wonderful stay with great service and outstanding hospitality.
Pros:

Everything was excellent during our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. Ms. Sena was especially helpful and kind, and she made sure we had everything we needed.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing negative to mention. Everything met our expectations.

Pros:

Lit confortable et chambre propre

Cons:

Impossible de régler le chauffage, une chaleur de fou dans la chambre…le petit déjeuner est très large mais peu de fruit et pas de choix de café. De plus, j’ai oublié un chemisier blanc dans ma chambre, j’ai appelé le soir même et personne ne l’a retrouvé !
