Nice staycation
Pros:

The comfortable bed and room, very good aircon and beautiful ambiance of the room cleanliness.

Cons:

a bit far from sm . Long walk .Too thin bath towel, no toiletries, atleast small sachet of sugar and salt, hopefully a ready gate pass for swimming pool for that day so we can use the free pool instead we didnt. The person who first communicate with me is a bit rude and lil in patience

Pros:

Access to north Edsa was my best option to make reservation.

Cons:

Security rules for guest is quit confusing.
Guest with confirm room booking but without permit from security is not allowed to enter the premises.

I didn’t stay as I left right away. It’s a very traumatizing experience!
Pros:

Nothing. I left the property as I got in and asked for a refund. Unbelievable! I can’t believe Booking.com doesn’t screen their unit partners.

Cons:

When we came in, i saw how the kitchen items all by the sink. In the small bedroom, there’s a cabinet and one was filled with damp linens, towels, pillowcases. Two towels, also damp were hanging by the curtain rod. The place was a mess and there were mosquitoes and the carpet were filthy. I messaged the property owner right away and showed all the photos of the unit. The good part was she refunded my payment immediately.Midnight, I had to look for a place close to the same area. Got a place but it was way more expensive. Didn’t have a choice as I was exhausted the whole day and also a disabled person. It was a very traumatic experience for me! Had to look for another place at midnight and had to get a public transportation.
