A townhouse with 4 rooms with shared common areas like kitchen and living room. Modern facilities and very clean.

Absolutely nothing, I got there and I called and called and called and no one answered the phone. I literally had to book for another apartment there called passion… they don’t even have a full picture of their apartment on here for people to locate, they don’t have their personal landmark so they had to give me a nearby hotel’s landmark got there and asked the whole neighborhood and they all said their don’t know where this property is located…

Clean and well organized

Cons:

I was asked to pay more than what had been stated in the invoice. Total charge was USD 36.41 however, the property asked me to Pay 550ghc which is equivalent to USD 52.65

This is very unfair even after a discussion on the same subject with that property, he insisted that I pay that amount in Ghana Cedi since I had no USD.

This act is very unfair especially as there’s a rate of exchange for all currencies using reliable and accredited sources.

I would recommend that booking add the currency of the property’s country i.e. “The Ghana Cedi” to avoid such disputes in future.

It was a pleasant stay
Pros:

The facility was clean and well kept.

Cons:

Direction to the property was poor. Also the final link road to the property is bad with water collected allover the road.

Lovely stay overall, cosy, convenient, great location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this 3D LaxuryProperties. The space was clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cosy, and the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, yet close to great restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
