Excellent stay in authentic hotel in pretty French village
Pros:

Absolutely lovely hotel with a most wonderful hostess set in the heart of the community in this pretty village. The sister restaurant on the lake was superb and we ate there both nights. Highly recommend staying here

We came to visit friends who live in the village, the hotel was perfect for our overnight stay.
Pros:

Great location, easy to park. The area is very beautiful and quiet.

Cons:

The only very slight issue was the shower pressure. It was a little weak.

Excellent little find
Pros:

Bearing in mind this is a 2 star hotel it offers very high standards. Room was good with a comfortable bed and reliable shower which some 4 star hotels struggle with. Staff were friendly and helpful, they arranged an out of hours late check in for us. The hotel arranged a buffet breakfast which was very helpful. We have already arranged to stay here again. Our room had a view of the tower, a highlight of Masseret. We were very impressed by the standards for its 2 star grading.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. A gem of a place for its category.
