Everything was great
Pros:

The location, price, and amenities were all fantastic!

Cons:

Breakfast Selection: While the hotel is highly commendable, it would be beneficial to enhance the variety offered in its breakfast menu. It is important to note that breakfast is included in the booking fee.

We left the air conditioners did. It work. They hotel gave our room away to someone else
Cons:

We went on a road trip from Colorado to Washington a,d on the way home and after traveling 2100 in 6 days we had a reservation at Casper Boutique book a couple months ago and letting the hotel know we would arrive late When we arrived the check in ladies were kind but the one said to,the other will that one work, I wondered what that meant and the other clerk said yes. So we get to out room and the air condition was on but it was 82 degrees in the room so we called to the front desk and the clerk said she could bring us a fan or move us so I said move us so I went down and got the new room keys now that room the air conditioner was not on so we turned it on and wait 85 degrees never changed so my husband went to the front desk and they had no more rooms, They gave my king size bed room away my husband told them he knew they lied and knew the two rooms left had no air. How deceitful so even though they were nice they lied and we couldn’t find a room at 9 pm and so after already driving 6 hours from Bozeman Montana and with no dinner we drove another 6 hours to Colorado, which wasn’t safe we were tired and hungry and upset not sure what the policy is. And luckily we made it,home at 3 am my family was praying for traveling mercy. I worked in the hotel industry for 13 years so I know how it all works and this was a bad policy. I am asking for a full refund from booking.com. Also training for new rules of giving the rooms away just because someone is arriving late If I didn’t show up you all would charge my card. It was very inconsiderate and even dangerous If we would of gotten into a car accident how would the staff felt? Denver is a crazy city and at 1 am only criminals on the road and we had to drive through Denver lots of road construction and it was dark out. My husband is a. Elementary school teacher snd I am a medical assistant at a busy medical practice and we take care of people and as a society that should be the main thing that

We will never stay there again.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The room was filthy. We have pictures. There was standing water in the tub. There was a blood stain on the comforter. The room was not cleaned from the previous stay. Had we noticed that night we would not have stayed. We woke up to find the bathroom disgusting and the bedding dirty. We talked to the manager on duty who said we needed to go through booking.com We have called both booking.com and the hotel. Both entities said they will approve a refund once the other calls them. NEITHER ENTITY WILL CALL THE OTHER!!
We have called both the hotel and booking.com SEVERAL times and have spent HOURS on hold.

We will not use booking.com again until this is resolved.

I don't know if I'll book there again because the mattress was uncomfortable,
Pros:

Location was close to where i needed to be, Hotel provided a restaurant so i didn't have to drive around looking for food. it was easy to book the room and the host was very helpful. The restaurant staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The mattress was very lumpy, as if it were quite old. It was not comfortable at all and we didn't sleep well, even tho the hotel was quite. When we arrived to our room there was no toilet paper, box of kleenex, bar soap or towels in the bathroom. I called the front desk and he brought the stuff pretty quickly tho.
