Staffs and hospitality was good, rooms were clean but the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep.

Cons:

The food was tasteless, and the time they took to prepare the food was unexpected..
They took more than one and half hour to deliver the food and that also they deliver when I started telling them to cancel the order. But still full order was not delivered on time.

Pros:

Breakfast options were excellent. This is the first hotel I found in Patna which can be rated as international standard. Staff, room, food, facilities everything was excellent.

Cons:

Prices could be a little more competitve.
