Pros:

Booking was for my parents - they loved the hospitality, check-in, services, staff, breakfast spread, location.
Everything was up to the Taj mark.
As per them, one of the best properties in Patna tostay.
Thanks for making their stay memorable.

Cons:

Booking was done via booking.com; Pre-payment was needed via bank transfer rather than automatic payment from Booking.com.
