The location is excellent , just few hundreds metres away from Pho Co Hoa Lu, the room is spacious and bright with big window. I would recommend this place .

Hotel jest w bocznej uliczce, dzięki temu jest cicho i spokojnie. Pieszo można dojść do pobliskiego deptaka na którym szczególnie wieczorem jest bardzo urokliwie. Blisko hotelu są lokalne restauracje. Na śniadanie bardzo dobra zupa PHO. Proponuję podpytać o lokal z koźliną.
Did exactly what you want it too, staff were super friendly especially the woman on reception has really good english and was lovely to talk too! As well as being super close to the centre of Ninh Binh city. Along with having a massive bath and separate shower in a massive room.

The shower is an extension of the jacuzzi. It’s not high enough if you want to shower. I booked a tour through the hotel which was not great value for money

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

What really stood out was the warm hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering great local tips and even helping arrange transportation and tours around Ninh Binh’s stunning landscapes – from Tam Coc to Trang An and Hang Mua.
The property itself is surrounded by lush greenery and limestone mountains, making it ideal for relaxing or just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both Vietnamese and Western options.
If you're looking for a tranquil retreat with kind-hearted hosts and beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend O Zoli Home. It’s a hidden gem in Ninh Binh that feels like a home away from home.
That said, there were a couple of small things that could be improved. The walls in the rooms were a bit thin, so sound from neighboring rooms or the hallway could sometimes be heard, especially in the morning. Also, while the location is beautiful, it’s a bit far from town, so getting to restaurants or convenience stores requires either a bike or a taxi — not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you prefer walking access to everything.
Super clean and chill room with full amenities – ceiling fan, A/C, fridge, and smart TV with Netflix & YouTube. Looked exactly like the photos! Great location, just a short walk to Ninh Binh Old Quarter, and only 15 mins by bike to Trang An, Mua Cave, and Hoa Lu. They also offer motorbike rentals, super convenient. The host was incredibly sweet and helpful. Price was very budget-friendly too!
A/C in some rooms wasn’t super cold at night, maybe due to the high ceiling – but overall still a great stay. Highly recommend!

The room was well-furnished, clean, and had a warm, welcoming design. The host was very kind and responsive, always willing to help with useful local tips and support. It truly felt like a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring.
The only downside was that the room had limited natural light during the day, which made it feel a bit dim at times. However, these were minor issues and didn’t affect my overall experience much.
