Quasi perfetto!
Pros:

Location, personale fantastico (Katia, Salma , Ayoub ecc…), cortesia , struttura

Cons:

Check in lentissimo , non solo per noi ma per tutti quelli che arrivavano. I due ristoranti alla carta potrebbero avere una qualità del cibo migliore.

A lovely stay in a luxurious hotel with a properly heated pool
Pros:

A really warm heated pool! This pool was quite small, but super warm. The main pool was freezing! Friendly staff, lovely grounds, right on the beach

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault, but there was a shocking amount of plastic/rubbish on the beach- presumably washed up by the tide. We did see someone clearing it up but there should have been much more effort made to keep the beach clean. This was along much of the long beach- which otherwise was lovely to walk along- soft sand, kite surfers and surfers

Ganz tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne, herrlich bewachsene Anlage mit luxuriösen Zimmern und einem schönen Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer. Wir wurden an der Rezeption freundlich von Salma deutschsprachig in Empfang genommen. Abends gab es Live-Musik in den Bars und Restaurants der Anlage. Der große Pool war wunderschön, wenn auch nicht beheizt, und der kleinere Pool schön warm. Ein wirklich tolles Hotel!

Cons:

Nur das mit dem glutenfreien Buffetteil hat nicht funktioniert, mein Sohn muss glutenfrei essen und hatte nach dem Frühstück große Verdauungsprobleme. Wir haben dann lieber Vorräte im Supermarkt gekauft.

Luxurious rooms and stunning location right on the beach, highly recommended
Pros:

Sumptuous and luxurious rooms, very neat and tidy, magnificent location right on the beach, amazing pools and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Staff were mostly all great, very kind and really helpful. I did however experience one staff who made suggestive remarks to me (reminiscent of Kenyan coast beach boy phenomenon) which was very strange and unpleasant (though he backed off when I ignored him). I also thought it was a bit ungenerous to make visitors pay extra for access to the spa area, given how pricey the rooms are, it should be included

Enjoyed our stay but would probably not return - overpriced
Pros:

Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff. Food was very good.

Cons:

Room was not considered a ‘luxury’ room. Garden view was poor, balcony was poor, with no view or sun.

Pros:

L'hotel, la végétation autour de la piscine, les piscines et le personnel notamment l'équipe à la recéption (Salma, Ptissam, Oumaya et Ayoub), la suite panoramique était parfaite (merci aux équipes ménages qui font un super boulot).

Cons:

La lenteur du service dans les restaurants.
