Relaxing beautiful spot on the sea.
Pros:

The gym and work-out facilities were great, as was the heated pool. The Plage restaurant had a good lunch. There was always live music at all restaurants which was lovely.

Cons:

They have real problems with their cleaning staff. The room was not available until 4:30 pm, even though they guarantee a 3 pm check-in. Even though there was not full occupancy, they made us wait in the lobby for an hour and a half until the cleaning crew finished with the room. They kept saying, "just 5 more minutes," which turned into 90 minutes of waiting. The next day, while I was walking down the hall behind a cleaning staff member, I saw her looking at the "do not disturb sign" on our hotel room door, which said not to enter, and without even knocking, she just opened the door to walk in, even though my husband was getting dressed. When I saw that, as I was coming down the hall from behind her, "I told her "STOP" and asked for her name, which she refused to provide. Other than the slow-performing and poorly trained cleaning staff, the place was great.

Pros:

Es hat von Anfang bis Ende alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, sauber, ruhig und sehr gepflegt.
Für mich als Alleinreisende hat sich die Gegend als sicher präsentiert (Polizei und Militär patrouillieren gemeinsam), insbesondere entlang der schönen Strandpromenade, die direkt vom Hotel aus erreichbar ist.

Im Hotel gibt es insgesamt drei Restaurants, die allesamt sehr köstliches Essen anbieten. Zusätzlich gibt es im Hotel selbst zwei Shops, wo man sehr schöne hochwertige Souvenirs, Arganöl Produkte, Kleidung, Hygieneprodukte, Snacks etc. kaufen kann.

Der Spa ist mit einem gefilterten Meersalzwasserpool zwar klein, aber fein. Wenn man eine Behandlung bucht, kann man das Becken an diesem Tag mitbenutzen, ansonsten ist der Zugang kostenpflichtig. Die angebotenen Behandlungen sind äußerst (!) umfangreich und individueller gestaltet, als ich es bisher erlebt habe. Ein Hamam gibt es ebenfalls.
Zudem verfügt das Hotel über ein großzügiges Gym (+ Personal Trainer) sowie ein vielfältiges Sportangebot, darunter Body Workouts, Pilates, Power Walking usw.

Auch das Personal möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Alle Angestellten waren durchwegs freundlich und zuvorkommend – besonders Frau Oumayma an der Rezeption, die sehr aufmerksam und herzlich war. Ich konnte ihr alle meine Anliegen sogar per Whatsapp schicken.

Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

I spent five wonderful days at the Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa. A beautiful hotel, an even more beautiful garden, and a heated outdoor pool. And most importantly, the service was top-notch. Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would especially like to thank Oumayma for her outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and always went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and looked after.
She helped me organise my spa treatments and salon appointments, checked in on me throughout my stay, and made everything feel effortless. Having stayed in many hotels in London and Dubai, I can honestly say her level of care and hospitality exceeded expectations.

Lovely lounge area scandi vs mid century. Fire on in the evening lovely and cosy.
Fabulous planting & heated pool lovely on cooler days. Thank to the staff in heated pool area, breakfast area and the lady that showed us the spa

Cons:

Extra charge for spa area. Our room didn’t have a garden view more a view of the side road, flaking paint on the balcony not a good first impression felt like the hotel wasn’t finished in part .

A luxury experience with additional warmth and attention to detail.
Pros:

Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa is a wonderful hotel all around. I had a lovely view from my second-floor balcony. Seeing and hearing the waves crashing each morning was bliss. Communication was warm, easy, and responsive. The spa facilities are excellent, and my Hammam experience was exceptional.

Cons:

I have nothing to fault.

Schöne Anlage, ebenso der Spa-Bereich und die beiden Pool-Bereiche waren gut ausgestattet, direkter Strandzugang. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl und reichlich frisch zubereiteten Produkten.

Cons:

Das Personal in den Restaurants, im Pool-Bereich und an der Rezeption war sehr höflich und freundlich; allerdings störten die Supervisor das Gesamt-Bild wesentlich und waren sehr unangenehm präsent, ohne jemals zu grüßen.
Zu wenig Möglichkeiten im Badezimmer um Handtücher aufzuhängen oder zu trocknen.

Très bel hôtel et super emplacement

Le tapis de la chambre pas très propre.
Le spa . Mon massage etait très scolaire et bâclé et mon heure n’a pas été respecté ( c’était 50 mn ) j’ai eu à peine 40 mn avec l’installation.

Nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse, et tout le staff a contribué à rendre notre expérience exceptionnelle. Les restaurants étaient excellents, la chambre offrait une magnifique vue sur le jardin, et nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement bien en famille, dans une atmosphère de détente et de confort.

Cons:

Le personnel est très gentil cependant on ressent un manque de réactivité.
L’hôtel est relativement propre mais pour un établissement de ce standing il manque réellement d’entretiens ! Des mûres avec de la peinture qui s’écaille et le garde corps du balcon totalement rouillé …
