Beautiful hotel and great stay thanks to OUMAYMA and others
Pros:

Breakfast spread was huge, with great variety and service. Our room was comfortable, The pools are lovely and never got too crowded. Generally, the staff that we encountered were amazing, very friendly, eager to help, we had a very warm welcome even before we arrived and had lovely messages from OUMAYMA and others. OUMAYMA even greeted us when we arrive and, after check in, she walked us to our room. We had a special treat waiting because the hotel had noted that we honeymooned here years ago and had decorated our room beautifully, complete with a fruit basket. The personal touch was much appreciated. The hotel feels like the set of White Lotus (in terms of 5 star luxury - not the drama :)))

Cons:

The housekeeping service was sometimes patchy. For example, we called for more bottled water every night and the typical wait time was 45-60 mins, we didn't always get coffee pods replenished each day so had to ask but sometimes didnt realize until the morning when we didn't always want to wait ~45 mins. Small detail, but the rooms could do with more hooks for used towels and bath robes.

Breakfast food was good.
heated pool was awesome since we traveled during the end of March.
Good space in the room and well distribution of spaces,
and all equipment was new with good quality. hairdryer, etc

Cons:

there were some kind of indisposition kind of vibe from most of employees around the installations.
Specially around the poll and heated pool. It was not easy to find someone to ask for towels, or to ask for refreshments.

Obiekt zapewnia dostęp do dużej strefy basenowej, co podobało mi się najbardziej, bezpośredni dostęp do prywatnej plaży, restauracji i strefy spa. Na terenie hotelu jest dużo ładnych miejsc gdzie można odpocząć czy się poopalać. Design hotelu jest ciekawy i nawiązuje do kultury Maroko co codziennie cieszyło wizualnie oko. Śniadania i kolacje w formie bufetu były ok.

Cons:

Na terenie hotelu jest piękny ogród jednak nieco zaniedbany - być może jest to po prostu kwestia okresu w jakim odwiedziliśmy hotel. Mam zastrzeżenia jedynie co do obsługi w strefie basenowej - niektóre osoby były mało empatyczne -oraz do kwestii check-in - sam proces zakwaterowania trwał dosyć długo i był opóźniony, być może z uwagi na duży ruch w hotelu.
