it was Ok , great for a sunshine break but not a 5 star experience
Pros:

People were friendly , good pool and beach area but lacked good service in these areas.

Cons:

Housekeeping was erratic and inconsistent, food was average at best and in some cases poor. restaurant and drinks did not provide value for money . many details lacking in the gym such as towels and sanitiser .

Perfect holiday
Pros:

Excellent hotel with amazing service and a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything needed.

Great place to stay. Be careful with the deposit because they are hard to communicate with and I still haven’t received

Superbe établissement et une équipe incroyable !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Un très bel établissement, baigné de luxe et d’élégance. Belles chambres, spacieuses, salle de bain parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est excellent tant en qualité qu’en variété de plats proposés. Et ce qui fait vraiment la différence par rapport à d’autres endroits c’est la sincère générosité de l’équipe. Du premier au dernier contact tout le monde s’est montré non seulement très gentils mais surtout sincèrement engagés pour que nous passions un excellent séjour. Des petites attentions qui font la différence et qui prouvent que l’ensemble de l’équipe cherchait à nous faire plaisir. Un sens de l’hospitalité et du service remarquable. Merci à tous, particulièrement à Nassim, Souad, Wissal, Ayoub et Hassan, merci aussi à tous ceux que nous avons croisés et qui nous ont souhaité la bienvenue ! Au plaisir d’un prochain séjour.

Ein Paradies auf Erden.
Pros:

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist toll. Das Personal sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Alles blitzeblank und das Design sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Wir haben, obwohl die Richtlinien auf einen Checkin um 15 Uhr verweisen, eine Stunde warten müssen, um unsere Zimmer zu beziehen, was sehr schade war.
