Helt vildt godt personale og virkelig et flot hotel. Især de to receptionister Mahmoud og Yassine gjorde et fantastisk arbejde, og sørgede for vores bryllupsrejse var helt unik.

Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich außergewöhnlich nett und aufmerksam. Die gesamte Anlage liegt direkt am Meer und bietet wunderschöne Liegen und bequeme Strandbetten – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen.

Wir waren jeden Tag im Fitnessstudio. Es ist sehr groß und verfügt über eine tolle Auswahl an Geräten, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Auch die Zeit am Pool war wunderbar entspannt und hat zum Abschalten eingeladen.

Mit dem Taxi kamen wir jederzeit problemlos und schnell in die Stadt. Wir waren einmal zum Frühstück und einmal zum Abendessen – beides war traumhaft! Für uns hat das vollkommen ausgereicht, um es auszuprobieren.

Alles in allem war die gesamte Anlage einfach traumhaft. Vor allem das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefĂĽhlt!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa. C’est un très bel hôtel, avec un cadre magnifique et une atmosphère particulièrement reposante.

Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé durant notre séjour. Le personnel est attentionné, disponible et vraiment à l’écoute des clients, ce qui contribue énormément à la qualité de l’expérience.

Une mention toute particulière pour la restauration, et notamment le buffet marocain, qui était tout simplement exceptionnel. Beaucoup de choix, de très bons produits et de belles saveurs marocaines. C’était vraiment l’un des points forts de notre séjour.

Le seul petit point négatif concerne l’insonorisation des chambres, qui pourrait être améliorée, car certains bruits peuvent parfois être entendus. Cela reste néanmoins un détail par rapport à la qualité générale de l’établissement.

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre passage au Sofitel Agadir Thalassa et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir. Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Cons:

Le seul point à améliorer concerne l’accès aux espaces réservés aux résidents. Les clients extérieurs des restaurants peuvent parfois circuler jusque dans les couloirs des chambres. Un accès à ces espaces uniquement avec la carte de chambre permettrait de préserver davantage l’intimité, la tranquillité et la sécurité des résidents.

I won’t recommend this place for anyone looking to relax

We had a very disappointing and distressing experience at this hotel, especially considering the price we paid and the standard we expected.
After completing our check-in and paying for our room through the booking platform, everything seemed smooth at first. However, when we returned from dinner, around midnight, we discovered that someone had entered our room and removed a couple of items without asking for our permission, calling us, or informing us beforehand or afterward.
The situation immediately caused panic. Our luggage was already packed because we had a flight early the next morning, and we started questioning whether other belongings were missing. The feeling of having someone enter our room and remove items without our knowledge was extremely unsettling.
We immediately contacted reception because we wanted a simple and immediate explanation and solution. Instead, the response was incredibly indifferent. We were told that it was “normal” for hotel staff to enter a guest’s room and take things back without informing the guest.
The reception agent, Nassim, was particularly rude and provocative during the phone call. My partner called back after witnessing how the situation was handled, and Nassim hung up on him while he was about to speak.
My partner then asked to speak to a manager. We were told that there was no manager available. Yet, shortly afterward, I personally saw the same person in the corridor, speaking to someone on the phone. At every step, it felt as though we were being blocked from reaching someone who could actually take responsibility for the situation and provide an immediate solution.
We went down to reception ourselves. Within less than three minutes, Nassim had disappeared, and we were told that his shift had ended. The other agent, Ayman, instead of properly addressing the situation, apologizing, or trying to find a solution, seemed more concerned with defending his colleague.
