Fabulous. My guests have already recommended the hotel to their friends worldwide.

I would like to commend Oumayma, Guest Relations Agent. The service and organisational ability that she provided was the best I have ever experienced anywhere in the world.
She was truly exceptional in helping organise events for my 80th birthday. Truly amazing. Thank you Oumayma for helping my birthday celebrations achieve everything that could be desired.

L'excellence française + l'excellence marocaine
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique, notamment les espaces extérieurs : le jardin avec des plantations très diversifiées et harmonieuses, la jolie configuration des piscines.
Le restaurant buffet et sa cuisine délicieuse, française et marocaine, avec de jolies bougies au diner créant une belle atmosphère.
L'extrême gentillesse du personnel, notamment au restaurant où vous vous sentez toujours bien accueilli, et en plus de cela, Oumeyma qui répond à toutes vos attentes pour vous rendre le séjour parfait. Merci !
Propreté et confort partout, chambre, hôtel intérieur et extérieur.

Cons:

La gestion des piscines extérieures : la piscine moyenne est très chauffée, et bien que magnifique, elle s'avère impraticable pour nager ou se reposer, en raison de la présence de nombreux enfants criant, sautant, occupant tout l'espace de nage, utilisant même de grosses bouées gonflables en forme d'animaux.
La très grande piscine, là aussi somptueuse, est glaciale. Compte tenu que l'océan reste peu praticable à la nage (mon séjour était en février), on reste en manque de nager.
Le restaurant de plage : musique trop forte, service trop lent, prix trop élevé pour le déjeuner.

Perfect Winter-sun long weekend

The hotel was exceptional. The pool areas and general landscaping stunning. Breakfast was really good . The room was just perfect for the 2 of us.... the most comfortable bed.
The location is next to the beach and the beach bed area looks at the crashing waves.
We had the buffet lunch on Saturday and it was delicious and good value.
Unfortunately I left my AirPods on my sun lounger one day and the staff found the them and they were returned safely the next day.
Oh and the gym facilities also good.

Cons:

Being picky , but the service around the pool (ie for lunch or drinks) was really slow.
Agadir itself is a bit quiet for us.. not as good at Marrakesh... general lack of nice places to eat, so we were sort of stuck in hotel . There are 3 hotel restaurants though and all good .

Didn’t seem to have an option if you opt out of buffet breakfast. More choice of à la carte eating. Clarity about pool lounge reservations? Spa brochure online only in French, although said it had English but didn’t.

C’était parfait. Personnel adorable.
Pros:

L’emplacement très calme en limite de la zone hôtelière du front de mer. La propreté. Le confort. Le choix et la qualité de la restauration. L’extrême gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Certains clients qui squattent une journée les chaises longues en y déposant leur affaires pour finalement n’y passer qu’une heure.
