Pros:

What we liked:
The apartment was very clean, exceptionally quiet, and offered excellent value for money. The price was reasonable and fully justified by the quality of the accommodation.

Cons:

What could be improved: There was no on-site staff available, and we experienced problems with the electronically activated access lock. When we tried to contact technical support in the evening, it was impossible to get proper assistance. The phone connection was very poor, the entire recording was in German, and the support service was generally unresponsive. Unfortunately, we did not receive any help resolving the issue. This made the check-in experience unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.

Wenn das Zimmer beim nächsten mal wirklich geputzt wird kommen wir wieder!
Pros:

Grundsätzlich gut, modern und neu. Ruhige Lage in Stadtnähe.

Cons:

Leider überall Flecken und Schmutz. Die Einrichtung wirkte neuwertig, war aber schon überall beschädigt. Personal bat uns aber ein anderes Zimmer.
