El hotel sigue siendo un 10 pero...

Las instalaciones del hotel, y de las habitaciones, la comida del Villa Rica y, sobre todo, la atención del personal siguen siendo de 10. En este sentido, y en situaciones muy incómodas, quiero destacar la atención de Melchor, recepción del hotel, y Enrique, camarero del Villa Rica. Gracias a los dos por salvar nuestra experiencia!

Cons:

Además de que no es aceptable el estado de la piscina la tarde del viernes (desde el sábado, con la aparición de la persona encargada de la misma, estuvo, como es habitual, perfecta), dado las situaciones que he comentado anteriormente, para saber si regresamos otra vez (siendo clientes fidelizados), creo que el hotel debe tomar una decisión sobre su modelo de negocio.

Las incomodidades vinieron de personas que estaban "invitadas" o habían comprado un "day pass". Qué quiere el hotel? Mantener el ambiente de tranquilidad y paz que vende o que cada persona, en la piscina, ponga su altavoz con música, rompiendo la atmósfera de relajación, y/o que se produzcan situaciones de tensión entre personas que no entienden el ambiente del hotel?

Esperamos la decisión del hotel para regresar o.no.

la recepción, te reciben con unos shots muy ricos, la habitación muy bonita, comoda y calida la comida muy rica el desayuno, a toda mi familia le encanto

La alberca pudiera ser mas grande y mas camastros pues no dan abasto para tomar el sol recostada a un lado de la alberca
