Reservation Canecelled same day. Did not stay, reservaton cancelled. Bookings.com charged me but hotel says that I never cancelled with you. Currently bookings.com has 74.30 of my money. Baja Suites says they cancelled with you, and never received money.

Beautiful place with a pleasant atmosphere!
Clean, close to the best sushi place ever Noah Sushi, self check in and out. Nice grounds.
Coffee tasted terrible. Road noise but you could close the windows and turn on ac no problem then.
El alojamiento es lindo y está muy limpio.
La comunicación con la anfitriona estuvo horrible. Me dejaron el visto con una consulta por la aplicación respecto al parking. El alojamiento dice que tiene estacionamiento, pero en realidad es a la calle, eso deben corregirlo en la descripción. Además, en la descripción decía que mi habitación tenía refrigerador y era una burla porque solo tiene un asunto que se enchufa y con suerte cabe un vaso dentro. Por otra parte, en la mañana le pedí a la anfitriona por WhatsApp que si podía hacer el check out a las 11:00, ya que no respondía la aplicación, para quedarme en las instalaciones hasta las 13:00 hrs porque tenía unas reuniones a lo que ella me respondió que tenía que irme a las 12:00 hrs. He viajado por todo el mundo y es primera vez que me responden algo así. Así mismo, la anfitriona ni me responde con un buenos días ni nada, sino solo pone directamente que me debo ir a la 12 máximo . Por lo menos yo soy muy educada y espero lo mismo de regreso. El valor del hospedaje con el servicio no se justifican. Además la cafetera de la habitación no tenía el filtro por lo que el café salía mal.
Las instalaciones en si estuvieron muu comodas. Nos encanto la piscina. La cocina bien equipada y espaciosa. La habitacion (suite 1) que nos toco muy comoda.

Modern, clean and very beautiful. Liked the various seating areas. Kitchen was well equipped.
The infinity pool was a nice touch. The host was extremely responsive.

Nice setup, the small hotel is located within a sandy courtyard with lovely public areas (sitting areas, kitchen, pool).
Room 5, the Palapa, is not soundproof (and no, we didn't know this in advance as it doesn't say so on Booking.com) and backs right onto the freeway. It was so noisy, it felt like we were trying to sleep on the freeway. It was also cold. In the morning, we didn't want to get out of bed -- felt like camping in the spring or fall in the Rockies. The electric heater I found barely threw any heat. So unfortunate, as the place otherwise is so nice.
The place is really beautiful and it’s comfortable too. Full of details, we really liked it.
We liked everything
The vibe of the place was just beautiful. The layout, sitting areas, kitchen were all very welcoming and yet quite private.
It is a little close to the highway, which is handy, but was a little loud. Ear plugs at night worked well.
The room was so beautiful and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable with very soft pillows and bedding. The shower was so warm and so clean and the rooms were tastefully designed. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the self check-in/check-out as it worked perfectly for our unpredictable schedule.
Ambiance was very nice.
