Its a boarding house but also a homestay.
Pros:

A lot of food stall nearby, grocery store etc.
But if you like to go by public transport, its kinda difficult.
They manage the garbage very well, dont even smell a bit even they place the bin on the entrance.
The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The bed smells bad, maybe the previous guest have some body odor, so ive change my sleep position.
Sometimes wifi got lost connection or slow connection.
