Cons:

Rummet var extremt smutsigt och i dåligt skick. Internet fungerade inte stabilt, minibaren kylde inte och badrummet luktade urin. Servicen var mycket låg. Trots att vi bokat väsktransport i god tid fick vi vid utcheckning besked om att tjänsten inte kunde tillhandahållas. Vistelsen höll inte acceptabel standard.

Pros:

Die Lage im Herzen von Palma ist ideal für einen Stadtaufenthalt. Das Ambiente ist einfach edel und toll. Und das Personal sehr herzlich, freundlich und immer Hilfsbereit. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail.

Cons:

Manchmal kommen sehr viele Touristen in den wunderschönen Empfangsbereich/Innenhof um Selfies, Fotos oder Videoaufnahmen zu machen. Das nervt wenn man sich dort auf einen Kaffee mit Freunden oder Geschäftspartnern trifft
