Fantastische Location für den Kurzurlaub in Palma.
Pros:

Super Lage und exklusive Unterkunft. Trotzdem es recht belegt war, hatten wir nicht das Gefühl dass es überfüllt ist. Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!

Amazing hotel
Pros:

A amazing hotel both in looks and service, coctail bar was nice to spend the evenings in and just relax.
Nice breakfast menu with large selections of teas and Coffee.
Highly recommend this hotel.
We will definitely book this hotel again soon!

Cons:

Some rooms have badly planned bathrooms, we are not used to the wash basin outside the bathroom!
You have to go into the bedroom efter you have been to the toilet.

Here’s a cleaner, more polished version:

The sauna was broken, and the robe in the wellness area was covered in dirty yellow dust. The infrared sauna was not turned on, even after we requested it. Additionally, the room was extremely noisy — we could hear the kitchen staff cooking, music playing, and people talking and shouting. I woke up multiple times during the night due to the noise.

Also the room was quite tiny. Especially the toilet and the shower. Extremely tiny.

Pros:

Dette må være Palmas beste hotell, på alle måter! Fantastisk bygg, flott beliggenhet og utrolig hyggelige ansatte.
Flotte fasiliteter og utmerket mat i restauranten.

Pros:

Fantastiskt hotell, så trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Vackert och lyxigt. Utsökt frukost. Bästa läge. Vill absolut bo där igen.
