Very disappointed with the hospitality.
Pros:

Very bad experience,the rooms are untidy, bathroom is unhygienic. Encountered frog in the bathroom.

Staff were rude...my check in was at 12 PM, even though I reached 4 PM The room was not ready.
Rooms were smelling like typical government hospitals...full of phenyl.
Old beds.... uncomfortable.It was freezing temperatures but they asked for extra money for room heater despite booking deluxe room...this was not mentioned or informed during booking.
Even handwash was not provided.
No.. dental kit...no saving kit.
Breakfast was pathetic.
Horrible experience.

I want my refund back.
Pros:

Hotel is not good and situated in very bad location rooms are available in basement without any light and view, Rooms are not clean. Images are very old uploaded by hotel which is not matching with the actual room images.

Cons:

Room not clean, no sunlight no view, no proper information provided by hotel. They are looting people.
