Hotel Sunplaza 2 Annex, opened in September 2015, is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Shin Imamiya Station and Dobutsuen-mae Subway Station exit 6.

Guestrooms at our hotel are air-conditioned and come with free WiFi access, a refrigerator, and complimentary toiletries. While bathrooms and shower booths are shared, they are well-maintained and stocked with free toiletries for your convenience.

Dedicated Powder Rooms

For added comfort, we provide separate mixed and female-only powder rooms on-site, each equipped with hairdryers.

Incredible stay for extremely cheap price. Highly recommend for female solo travellers!
Pros:

The location is excellent! Easy trip from the airport, super close to two train stations! I was honestly blown away. For such a reasonable price, you get your own room, free wifi, mini-fridge and access to free tea and coffee. The bathrooms and shared areas were spotless. Cleaners came constantly. It is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Additionally, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They always smiled and greeted me. I felt so safe and loved my time there. I can't recommend staying here enough for the price. There's even an indoor, free sento!

Cons:

I have no complaints, this place is amazing.

Pros:

何もかも整然とされていて無駄がない。
洗面所や浴場にモップが置かれていて、自分で掃除しやすくて助かりました。

500円で３時間延長できるのが非常に助かりました。

フロント横の共有スペースは
かなりドリンクの種類が充実していて、BGMも心地よく、快適に過ごすことができます。
コンセントありで、ケータイを充電できることが、どれだけありがたいことか。

至る所にさりげなく，季節を感じられるようにセンス良く飾り付けがされていて、ほっこりしました。

ミニパンを二ついただけるサービスも嬉しい気持ちになります。

シャワー室には
リファのドライヤーと、サロニアのヘアアイロン。
ポイント高いのではないでしょうか。

二度寝が出来ない寝床で疲れがとれない
Pros:

施設がキレイでシャワーと浴場は使いやすいかった

Cons:

街の音は問題ないが、廊下と別の部屋の音が丸聞こえ。
寝床の敷布団が薄くて腰が痛い。
エアコンにカビがついている。

Pros:

Rooms are tiny and quaint, there are MANY floors, and MANY places to shower. The hotel even includes Sento (Hot tub for malkes and females respectively, free drink machine that offers 4 drinks (Three types of Tea and one coffee) with Hot and Cold/ strong, medium, and lighht options <3333.

Towels and Amenities are provided and chick in and check out is extremely easy. After lobby hours, a key is required to leave and reenter for safety and there are also vending machines that offer beer and Non-Alcoholic soda, tea, juice and coffee. Lawson and family mart as well as Restaurants are right across the street and up the block many of them open Late. Ity is a VERY fun and inexpensive place to stay and foreigner friendly.

Highly reccommend.
