Pros:

Location close to On Nut BTS. Plenty of places to eat and other shops.

Cons:

The Soi 81 is very busy in both directions. The motorcycle taxis and delivery drivers are becoming a scourge. In the future someone with be bold and get the priority corrected. Pedestrian>motorcycle>4 wheels
