Pros:

Great spot in Puerto Ayora but what was particularly good was the staff who were very helpful. Allowed me to use the pool on another day while I waited for the ferry. It's pretty central to everything. Recommended.

Que no especifican que la piscina no está dentro del hotel si no en la parte de al frente es decir el lugar como tal donde están las habitaciones no tiene piscina hay que cruzar la calle para acceder a la misma incómodo desde mi punto de vista

Instalaciones, la habitación, el personal.

Cons:

Deberían limitar el horario de ruido hasta las 20 hrs, la comida con mucho aceite, deberian dar la opción de preparar los huevos, fruta fresca de la zona ( piña, mora, guayaba) tener opción de cereales y semilla con yogurth.

Location was fine with easy access to the main tourist restaurants and shops and easy walk to the Darwin Centre.

Cons:

A student group was in residence that basically overrun the hotel. Loud singing, doors banging late at night and not much consideration for other guests. Hotel did not seem to request the group leaders to get group to be more considerate. Bedroom windows were large sheet glass overlooking interior courtyard so all noise was amplified.

Sin responsables en el hotel frente a inconvenientes

Limpio y ubicación

Cons:

Había un grupo de jóvenes que no nos dejó dormir dos noches de las cuatro que estuvimos. Frente a reclamos al hotel no hubo respuestas, ninguna presencia de alguien responsable que resuelva la situación. El mananger nunca se presentó!

Cons:

Estaban en etapa de construcción y no hubiera habido problema, pero no nos avisaron y cuando estaba en plena reunión de trabajo iniciaron con un ruido de construcción fuerte, todo se hubiera evitado si tan solo nos hubieran avisado antes.
