Location was not good...
AC was centralized... They turn it off in the morning...
The amenities and facilities in the room was excellent. Proper care of hygienity was taken. Room Service was very good and at mark. Staff were so polite and gentlemen always ready to serve. Hospitality was remarkable. Lift facility was appreciable.
No arrangement was made for hanging the clothes in the room and was the only thing we missed in the room.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and polite. They also provided complimentary pickup from New Delhi Railway Station and helped us with our luggage, which was very convenient. The food was tasty and served fresh. They also arranged a Delhi sightseeing car for us at a very reasonable price. The car was clean and the driver was good and cooperative.
My train was late at night, so I requested the hotel to keep my luggage for a few hours after checkout, and they kindly helped with that as well. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for a budget stay. 😊
