La habitación era grande, limpia, cómoda y espaciosa.
No tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha.
Muchos mosquitos durante la noche.
No teniamos acceso a agua filtrada ni embotellada, cosa que durante nuestra estancia en el resto de alojamientos por Vietnam, si que puedes encontrar.
Great location, had everything we needed, very lovely staff. Bed was pretty comfy! And had a nice view too.
the shower got really hot (nearly boiling) and we had to turn off the water heater. A few ants in the room but that didn’t really bother us much. The bedding was clean but had an unusual smell to it?
Tôi đặt phòng cho gia đình của tôi vào tối hôm trước ngày hôm sau có việc tôi nt với chổ nghĩ sẽ đến check in muộn vào lúc 5h chiều.Chổ nghĩ ko phản hồi cho đến khi gần checkin chổ nghĩ mới điện thoại bảo ko có chổ đỗ xe.báo huỷ phòng vì ko đặt cọc tiền trước trong khi trên booking ko ghi phải đặt cọc tiền và có thể huỷ miễn phí đến 16h.Tôi nói tôi có thể kiếm chổ đỗ xe khác mà chồ nghĩ vẫn ko chịu.Hình như họ đã cho ng khác thê phòng.Lúc đó tôi rất bối rối ko kiếm được chổ nghĩ vì quá cận giờ.Tôi có đt lại thì họ không bắt máy. Đó là trải nghiệm quá tệ và tôi mong sẽ ko quay lại đây đặt cho lần sau.

- tay nắm cửa nhà VS rỉ sét
- không có tủ lạnh hay nước đóng chai sẵn như những chỗ khác
Super chill, comfortable
There was hot water.
Our experience at 5H Homestay was extremely disappointing. We arrived early after an overnight bus journey and were denied early check-in, which is understandable, but they also refused to let us refill our water bottles at their available water fountain, showing no hospitality whatsoever.
When we finally checked in at 11 am, the room did not match the description. It lacked the promised balcony and kettle. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they simply smiled and told us we could leave if we didn’t like it. After a tiring journey and my partner feeling unwell, we had no choice but to stay.

We had a fantastic experience at 5H Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay from start to finish. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for the price. Convenient location and excellent service make this a top choice. Would definitely stay here again!

The only positive was that they found me a decent alternative place to stay nearby.
I phoned the Homestay to check directions but got cut off. I tried several more times but nobody answered the phone. When I found the place it turned out the room was double booked, because the receptionist hadn't checked her emails. This, even though I had received a booking confirmation.
