Super chill, comfortable
There was hot water.
Our experience at 5H Homestay was extremely disappointing. We arrived early after an overnight bus journey and were denied early check-in, which is understandable, but they also refused to let us refill our water bottles at their available water fountain, showing no hospitality whatsoever.
When we finally checked in at 11 am, the room did not match the description. It lacked the promised balcony and kettle. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they simply smiled and told us we could leave if we didn’t like it. After a tiring journey and my partner feeling unwell, we had no choice but to stay.

We had a fantastic experience at 5H Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay from start to finish. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for the price. Convenient location and excellent service make this a top choice. Would definitely stay here again!

The only positive was that they found me a decent alternative place to stay nearby.
I phoned the Homestay to check directions but got cut off. I tried several more times but nobody answered the phone. When I found the place it turned out the room was double booked, because the receptionist hadn't checked her emails. This, even though I had received a booking confirmation.

The place is NOT located where it says it is on booking.com nor where it says it is on Google maps. Had to ask people for help to find it at 1am!

We got a place to stay even though it was during the Vietnamese national holiday: "Reunification day", which made it difficult to find a place to stay on short notice.
It was waaay too expensive for what it was worth. The place itself was okay. It was clean and had beds for us, so it has what you need, but it cost double of what it should be.
We had no toilet paper and Just one towel. In the room were a TV, refrigerator an Air conditioner, everything Not working. The Family could Not speak Englisch and didn't Help. Finally the homestay ist hard to find...
