The junior suite was lovely with great decor and facilities.

Pros:

Breakfast ,served by Lily in an efficient,friendly way, was delicious. Good quality yoghurts and selection of croissants and fresh fruit were enjoyed before Eggs Florentine and scrambled eggs,smoked salmon and mushrooms. We appreciated being able to choose the type of coffee we wanted to drink.Food in the restaurant the night before ,served by Sophie ,exceeded expectations. The roast beef was tender,pink and perfectly cooked..After serving all day Sophie was still giving 100% to her job. We can highly recommend the small pudding and coffee option. Creme Brulee and shortbread proved an excellent choice.We appreciated sparkling water in a carafe too.

Cons:

It would have been good to have 2 chairs in our bedroom......this is only a very personal requirement and didn't in any way spoil the enjoyment of our stay

Beautiful location, accommodation and welcome will be back.
Pros:

Superb Room - fitted out in style, with ample space and facilities, liked that the accommodation was separate from main building which meant a quiet and peaceful rest.
Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful and the pub / restaurant excellent

You feel at home straight away
Pros:

Fabulous. What a cosy and welcoming place. Great homely vibe. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff were all super efficient, and super friendly. Would definitely go back. A big thank you to all the staff.

The food, the bedding, the welcoming staff, how quiet it was, the breakfast, the proximity to the gardens and nice walks.

Cons:

Parking was challenging on a sunny day. The smell of the diffuser reeds was a little overpowering.

Love location and hotel. Foid excellent

Cons:

Room was cold . Heating wasnt working in bathroom. Oil heater in bathroom with lead plugged in through the door so couldnt close the bathroom door . Toilet wouldnt flush even after being fixed which they were quick to fix to be fair. Didnt meet our expectarions this time. Stayed previously with no problems andcwoukd stay again once those problems are rectified
