Pros:

I hated everything in the room.

Cons:

I hated everything. I asked for a AC room and was given a non AC room since all AC rooms were full despite booking in advance. When I called booking.com I was told that I will get a resolution bit did not get any callback. I was promised by the property that next day I will get an AC room but was not given and I had to leave the property midway. Worst experience ever. No money refunded either and staff was rude saying we are overbooked not our mistake.
