Pros:

Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated as far as electronic amenities. I wasn't sure if the elevator was going to make it to the third floor so I used the steps. One outside access door was broken. Room was overpriced.

Would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The pool and front desk were friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. Dirty spots on the sheets,
lamp shades, doors. I had a charge show up on my card this afternoon so I called and I am being charged for a dirty wash cloth, a dirty lamp shade (that I took pictures of as soon as we checked in), spots on ALREADY dirty sheets (that I took pictures of as soon as we checked in). The door slammed into the safe every-time you came in the door because the safe wouldn't close. They had an old piece of tape trying to hold it shut.
There were bugs by the side inside door that leads outside. The vending machines worked half the time.
House keeping never showed up Thursday - Sunday when we were there. Had to go to front desk for anything that we needed.
Would not recommend staying here.

Would not stay again. Ever.

The whirlpool tub

Cons:

Our bed was trash. The people upstairs from us ran their tub at like 1am and had their kids running all around ar 3 am. It was some bull. Not enough pillows. Face tissue ran out right away. Fan / heat lamp was broken.

The hotel needs a complete remodeling and major maintenance
Pros:

Location was decent

Cons:

The hotel is very run down, horrible beds which were very uncomfortable, beat up furniture, smelled, third floor ice maker was broken with visible filters that had a change date from a year ago. The elevator was operating oddly making strange noises.

Recommend over anything in portsmouth since the drug dealers have taken them over.
Pros:

Everything felt clean the pool hot tub and jacuzzi room we rented was so relaxing we didnt want to have to leave. The hotel workers where very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the peaceful weekend!!
