I was abit disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to take my teenagers into Philippines downstairs as I was when I came back in 2019.
I maybe understand for a Friday or Saturday night but it was the May school holidays so I was abit disappointed as it’s a safe venue to go in Benidorm
The hotel and staff was good
One thing I didn't approve off was the member of staff who was at the desk in the breakfast and dinner restaurant
Ask for thr white card which I didn't bring down with me as I wasn't told I needed it
Then has the cheek to tell me if I dont have it next time I wont be allowed in the restaurant just ask for my name and room number it matches up so rude with his mannerism and posture
Was sitting in thr spa bath in my room lovely and hot bath when I put the jets on all black and brown bits came out the jet holes
The room was top hot. We couldn't cool the room down and had to leave the balcony door opem

The hotel was fantastic. Busy, but nice and chilled! Great location as it's next to the strip if you want the nightlife. The hotel has a bar underneath which has good entertainment as well.
Great value for money, great prices for drinks at the pool bar, and great staff as well!

Nagyon jó helyen van a hotel.Tiszta,gyönyörű szálloda.Érkezéskor jóval előbb átadták a szobát! Finomak az ételek.Jó a szobák hangszigetelése.Bármikor visszatérünk! Köszönjük!
A fürdőszobákban nincsenek wc kefék.
