Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful.Food was good for breakfast service with a smile. Om was very happy to help at all time and also got us food made of our choice.

Cons:

Rooms and bathroom needs attention. There was no hand soap. Bathroom was smelly but they got it sorted. Toilet seat was not fixed properly.
Shower had only half screen so water get all over the toilet part.

Just the food that was also kinda average

Cons:

The room was decent but not very spacious, and the washrooms were quite small and not properly maintained. The water in the flush kept running continuously; despite informing housekeeping and reception multiple times, the issue was never fully resolved.

There was no proper iron facility either. They provided a burnt iron which unfortunately damaged my cotton kurti worth around ₹3,000.

Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I would not prefer staying there again. The food was average. We were there mainly for the India vs South Africa match.

Other than the location, nothing is good

Cons:

We were staying in a deluxe king size bedroom. The basic amenities like room cleanliness, washroom, drinking water were not at all good. Floor was dirty, wall paint was scrapping, combot was dirty, room had foul smell when we entered. With 4k amount, the room was very bad and looked like a cheap dormitory.
Plus they charge for a late check-out without prior intimation, overall hospitality was lacking.

We should see other hotels in the area, rather than spending even a 1.5k here
