بخصوص إقامتنا في فندقكم حيث أقمنا ليلة واحدة فقط في Presidential Suite، وكانت التجربة للأسف دون المستوى المتوقع، ولا تليق إطلاقًا بفندق مُصنّف خمس نجوم.
أولًا: درجة الحرارة والتكييف
كانت الغرفة حارة جدًا بشكل غير محتمل رغم أن الإقامة كانت في فصل الشتاء. عند تواصلنا معكم أفادنا الموظفون بعدم إمكانية تشغيل التبريد بحجة أن الفندق في وضع الشتاء، وهذا غير مقبول حتى فتح الشبابيك لم يفني بالغرض
ثانيًا: حالة الغرفة والأثاث
أرضية الغرفة كانت مخدوشة بشكل واضح، والأثاث مستهلك وقديم ولا يعكس مستوى جناح رئاسي أو فندق خمس نجوم؟؟؟؟
ثالثًا: التصوير داخل الفندق وسوء التنظيم
كان هناك تصوير جارٍ داخل الفندق أثناء استقبال النزلاء، مما تسبب في فوضى واضحة، ووجود عدد كبير من طاقم التصوير والمعدات في كل مكان.
تم منعنا من استخدام كافة مرافق الفندق، وكأننا محبوسون داخل الغرفة.في كل مرة نتحدث، واضطررنا للهمس داخل فندق من المفترض أن يكون مكان راحة!
حتى عند جلوسنا في الجلسات المطلة على البسفور، طُلب منا مغادرة المكان بشكل مباشر، وكأننا ضيوف غير مرغوب فيهم، بل تم إخراجنا فعليًا.
رابعًا: الاستقبال والخدمة عند الوصول
عند وصولنا للفندق:
• لم يقم أي شخص بمساعدتنا
• لم يتم إنزال الأمتعة
• بقيت حقائبنا حوالي 20 دقائق خارج الفندق دون أي مساعدة او حراسه
• لم يكن هناك أي استقبال لائق، وشعرنا وكأننا دخلاء
خامسًا: النظافة والتجهيزات
عند دخول الغرفة وجدنا مياه في الثلاجة تم الشرب منها مسبقًا، وهو أمر غير مقبول تمامًا.
سادسًا: الإفطار
الإفطار كان Set Menu، وكان الطعام لذيذًا، وهذه النقطة الإيجابية الوحيدة، لكنها لا تعوّض عن مجمل التجربة السلبية. الموظفين كانو يحاولون المساعده لتقديم الخدمه لكن الوضع لم يسمح تماما
الخلاصة:
تجربتنا في فندق AIGJA لا تتوافق إطلاقًا مع تصنيف 5 نجوم، وبصراحة تعكس مستوى 3 نجوم على الأكثر، خاصة من حيث التنظيم، الخصوصية، حالة الغرفة، واحترام النزلاء.
نأمل منكم مراجعة ما حدث واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب، ونتطلع إلى رد رسمي يوضح موقفكم
الافطار كان لطيف و الاقامه لطيفه و مريحه و الاهم من كل هذا احترام و تعاون الكادر و الريسبشن بالخصوص و الاخلاق العاليه الراقيه التي يتحلون بها

El que hubieran pocas habitaciones le hace un lugar muy tranquilo comparado con hoteles con muchas habitaciones
Las vistas , la habitacion y baño de gran dimensiones cama supercomoda y grande

El personal super agradable educado y atento en todo momento y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que puedas necesitar
Por decir algo un poco alejado del centro . Pero precismaente es lo que le hace un hotel tranquilo para poder disfrutarlo mucho y sentir tranquilidad aunque hay cerca algunos lokantas y restaurantes y supermercado

I stayed at this hotel in Istanbul for 3 nights. The location right on the Bosphorus offers stunning views, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was acceptable but not memorable. However, the hotel did not feel like a five-star property!!! cleanliness and maintenance seemed below average, furnishings and decor appeared extremely dated, and English communication from some staff was limited specially at the restaurant, We never got it right!! . Another drawback is its isolation central sights require transportation, which adds time and cost. Given the price and star rating, I expected higher standards in upkeep and service.
Finally With the strong star rating and glowing reviews, I expected more in terms of Value, cleanliness, upscale furnishings, and service standards.
So it’s not to be repeated.
The property got a good location .. The view of the Bosphorus is absolutely stunning.
