An exceptionally warm, spotless, and thoughtfully run hotel where every detail is designed for comfo
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable - even at -20°C it was warm. It’s very clean and well maintained. The bathroom and toilet are large, and hot water is supplied to the rooms individually. In the room we found an additional electric heater, which we used to dry our ski clothes. It has every comfort you could want in a hotel: slippers, bathrobes, towels, hygiene amenities - and everything was very clean. There is indoor parking, which is very convenient. I will definitely visit this hotel in summer, because it’s the only hotel in Mestia that has an outdoor pool.
You can sit comfortably by the fireplace in the lobby, and the bar is right there as well, so you can get a drink and enjoy it by the fire. The breakfast was very tasty - always fresh and varied.
As soon as you enter the hotel, you immediately feel how much work has been put into it. Every detail has been thought through and focused on the guest’s comfort and maximum enjoyment. I was pleasantly surprised at first, and then I discovered that the hostess has extensive experience in the tourism industry, which is why everything was carefully planned so the guest feels comfortable.
And it wasn’t only her professionalism - she is also a very welcoming, warm person: not hospitable because of “learned management,” but naturally - a genuinely hospitable Svan woman. We left this hotel very happy, satisfied, and well rested <3

Отель на окраине Местии рядом с аэропортом. Только для тех, кто на авто, пешком до центра очень далеко
Номер достаточно большой. Есть чайник, но нет кружек.
Душ рядом с унитазом без ограждения, немного странно.
Есть большой бассейн, но даже с учётом дневной жары 30' в августе он прохладный, можно только зайти и выйти, плавать холодно.
Завтрак начинается в 9, это достаточно поздно.
Шумоизоляция отсутствует. Мы жили на 1 этаже с видом на бассейн. Через закрытые окна слышно все - разговоры, шаги.

Cons:

В последнюю ночь большая компания выпивала у бассейна с шумом, громким смехом, паданием бутылок. В 2,30 ночи от шума проснулись дети и муж вышел, попросил потише. Но пьяных людей это не остановило. На следующий день за завтраком другие гости отеля также сказали, что шум мешал им спать. Возмущена, почему руководство отеля это позволяет.
