Online photos not reliable
Pros:

Didnt have proper card keys for rooms. Hotel boy had to be called each time to open the room. Bathroom extremely unkept. Run down hotel. Rooms stuffy and linen old. Cockroaches seen in room.

It was ok
Pros:

Breakfast was good but serving it could have been better.

Cons:

Serving of food could have been better.
Sound of AC dripping in our bathroom was disturbing.
The flushing of toilet in the other room could be clearly heard.
No resturant was there for lunch or dinner

Cons:

“The staff were friendly and provided good service” — this is the only positive aspect of this hotel. The photos online matched the actual rooms, but they were clearly taken years ago. The interior was poorly maintained, old, and dirty. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold due to severe humidity, and the room felt damp. There were no windows to ventilate the room. I tried to reduce the humidity by using the air conditioning, but the remote control didn’t work, so I kept alternating between being too cold or turning it off. The bathroom and various areas in the room were cracked and worn out. For half of my two-day stay, my laptop couldn't connect to the internet, although my phone could. I asked the reception for help, but they couldn’t provide an explanation. The staff did their jobs well, and I don’t blame them. The owner really needs to improve the overall quality of the hotel for guests.

Everything was inconvenient and unclean. This was the worst experience.
