The apartment is kind of old, smelly at first walking in, got better after an hour when air conditioning on. Bath towels are old and not clean
This facilitate location is super and that is the only reason I liked it,
the issue was everything was just a little off, for example, they never let us know where is the water heater so I had to do cold shower from the first day until I asked them. Water and electricity went off in between cause they didn’t renew or the hoa took the wrong unit to stopped the electricity. Revention was not so new and it is not well maintained. Finally the bill name was wrong and after 2 wd they still not give me an update yet!

no breakfast. springs exposed in one bed. surcharge for using another bedroom in appartment. complicated access as you communicate by message more like air b and b. logging onto website to sign up for a pool when usually you can just go easily especially with a two day stay.

I moved here after four days staying in noisy hotel just to get some rest because I don’t in the apartment. It will be more comfortable.
I guess it’s impossible to get any rest or sleep in Vietnam no matter where you stay hotel or apartment, these people are absolutely cr*zy, they always need to make noises. So even though I stayed on the 28th floor around 1:30 AM, I heard crazy noise from the outside like excavator started construction, thankfully it lasted only for 10 minutes. Then I was woken up at 6 AM by the hammer….who the h.. is doing construction at 6 AM, this is absolutely inappropriate!
Also, I asked this stuff to make late check out at least at 1 PM. They refused, they said they have another guest, which is understandable. But then I asked can I leave my luggage? Do you have storage room? They said no. So keep it in mind if you’re staying in the apartment and if you have late flight, then you literally go on the streets with your suitcases.
The price is generally cheap compared to the general level. The view is extremely beautiful, I must say I really like it. I will definitely visit many more times. The trip was perfect, it is my beautiful memory.
